If you think this is hard then don't bother with hard mode bosses. This is super weenie hut Jr. You need to farm mods and kuiper and improve your build
go get some ice dmg or upgrade your dmg mods even further . also use your upgraded ult more often and stop rolling when the slow fireball approaches you if you already got a barrier in front of you. if you get teleported in the air : double jump and/or use the hook so you dont have that long animation when landing. And one important thing : When you graple onto the boss to dmg the part, you want to brake it with melee attack. press RMB when he trys to get you off and then destroy the part. it will stagger him additionally and you can do dmg. try to set it up. no adds and full ammo and if you can do it upgraded domeshield for max dmg . When hes doin his Firering mechanic try to go on top of the floaty things. When he charges his weapon just double jump so he wont shoot the platform and you can instead shoot his weakpoint on the back. PS: i beat him with ajax too even kinda similar gear and i got like 3mins left when hes dead
i struggled with the hanged man for so long dealing with so many people that had no idea what to do, then like an angel from the sky a gley user running vestigial organ laid waste and probably billions of dollars worth of rockets towards the sky snake killing him in under a minute

you honestly have a good setup. but you should've increased your fire resistance mod, and put a chill dmg mod on your weapon.
