- Today we was turning around and spotted a big pile of rubbish.
We went for a closer look and found out it was a Turkish Company making parts for JCB.
Quite a lot of people came out on this one, even the Director.
Enjoy!
The first guy did well, pleasant and disarming. The other, shifty and shady as usual 😂
Possibly they employ illegals maybe?
@@hymatwat9412 There you go. The ignorance coming out as always. So every foreign person you see the first thing that comes into your brain is ilegal emigrants.🤔 It's sad
Some good old nuneaton accents there 😆
You tell em me duck....🤣👍👍
I was getting worried that you were going to ‘disappear’ when they came out mob handed 😬 well done for standing your ground and great video as always
Mr bond defo tied up in the back lol
Agreed ,, i thought you were going to be the first thing going into that skip...!,, maybe take a 'rape alarm' with you next time....
Yes, by a foreign mob
lol, I was almost expecting you to end up like Jamal Khashoggi who entered the Saudi consulate and was murdered by an assassination squad !!!
MBS assassination squad
USA UK allow their friends where they have huge financial interests do whatever they want but all of a sudden care when this could have happened elsewhere by another country than there is sanctions and even go to wars in the name of freedom and destroy those once peaceful countries but when it is Israel Saudi or their other allies all is ok.
I did wonder when the guy in the red coat went behind me. Maybe if I stumbled on something worse than a pile of rubbish but on this occasion I survived. All in the name of entertainment hey 🤣
DJ please stay safe out there i saw so many men round you i was getting worried for you being on your own
1st bloke seemed really genuine and understood what was happening.. Love the way their cameras come out.. Like your arsed haha
Ah this one is a beauty, that was certainly "alarming" when someone tries to circle behind you. The woman was looking at him doing it and I was literally waiting on her to give some kind of signal and you would be snatched and never seen again! The guy who first spoke to you was extremely considerate, and it was very pleasing to see he apologised for using his native tongue during the telephone call, and took the time to explain in English what he had said. That was so you did not feel like he was being malicious, a small gesture which shows his empathy to a fellow human.
I agree 100%. The first guy could teach them all some skills. He was awesome.
Technically, if he'd been snatched we wouldn't be watching or commenting on this video, rather we be watching the news about a missing youtuber llf.
@@DJAUDITS I agree. The first guy should get promotion.
@@ezriderzzr7104 "Aaackshually..." XD
Yup first guy was great and a credit to the company, last guy also didn't do too bad,and DJ held his nerve well considering he was surrounded.
Ten people hanging around because one person videoing legally. Oh, by the way, having rubbish stacked up against a building is a fire hazard.
The way DJ remained calm when faced with this large group at 11:42 is utterly commendable. Fantastic work.
He’s so fine. Ooooo.
Dj audits I’m in my mid 20s & i have autism your videos always make me happy good videos
That’s great to hear. Thanks for watching.
Absolutely brilliant. You stood your ground among dozens of them. Well done!
Yes he has big balls. 🇬🇧👍
"Dozens" That made me smile.
That looked like it was going to turn ugly. It's very refreshing to hear and watch polite Auditors. Good work.
They all came out bless them
Well done for standing your ground.
No way they was on a break they came out of the building to show numbers
The British guy had a military air about him, and was actually more dodgy than the Turkish guys. And was the serious one Russian? Something odd going on there.
Nuneaton must have no unemployment if they have to import a whole workforce. Nice challenge on the rubbish, well done for standing your ground. 👍.
Is the stuff they are making worth any more than the shit they are throwing away?
JCB wondering why their bill for head liners is up so much this year.
I work at a skip firm and we supplied to a two man carpet business, and they done an 8 yard skip in just over a fortnight. You'd be surprised at what is binned nowadays.
Excluding the beds and settee I could redo a house with what people with money throw away ✌
That's the irony. The shit that looks like trash is probably being sold. Factory 2nd's.
well, I heard the guy saying it's a new company and you'd guess it takes some time dialing shit in especially if there is something called quality control so just be happy for all the jobs being created cause something for sure, they could've produced the stuff in turkey and shipped it over for much cheaper!
@@davegnarlsson4344 I use to fill a van with what the rich threw away in the skips. Some of it would go to a Saturday auction, some of it I'd sell at a Sunday car boot sale and some weeks that make me half as much as my weekly wage. I've even found cash in clothing plus gold and silver that adds up then I'd sell that for scrap, £275 scrap 😂 one of the best jobs I had 👍✌
Nice smooth audit,,, despite being outnumbered and under a bit of pressure 👍 well done,,,👍
Looks like they could be breaking employment laws.
are you an employment law specialist?
@@smithy280663 hes got a point, snowflake.
It's a Turkish company that has been manufacturing car parts for half a century in other countries..
No hes not.
@@thelawisthelaw Glad goog to know. Do you work there
there some thing fishy about that place
Another Johnny foreigner living the dream..
It's notable how so many people from overseas believe that the illiberal laws of their home countries apply here.
Oh yeees, because we've never seen British people saying it's illegal to film private property, right?
@@O2OW Where did he say that?
It reminds me of when going through a village in India in a Tuk tuk that got a puncture, the whole village of about 30 people arrived to watch me and the driver change the wheel.
This group weren't there to help...they were there to cause trouble
Very very suspicious in my opinion
You should go take your beady eye there and have look.
@@DaleSteel just back defo dodgy.
All the rubbish been tidied, lots more Eastern Europeans there .......
@@Pennywise180 ha ha ha. Just as you expected then.
You got a sub standing your ground against that lots you got big balls. 🇬🇧👍
I said on PJ Audits the other day, how many foreigners tell a British Person what they can and cannot do on a British Street. Seriously, they left an oppressive sh*t hole, they should not bring that here!
They are all thinking ‘we’ve been caught’
Try shouting "passports please" they would have run a mile.
Well done again for remaining calm and polite, there was enough of them came out to make the situation quite intimidating.
I always find it really amusing, without being racist, that people of non British origin try to impose the restrictive laws from their own countries on us and that people who don't want to be filmed stand in front of a person with a camera. Well done and keep up the great audits.
To be fair, I don't think they were trying to impose laws from another country, they were just unaware of the laws of England & Wales - like many others who are originally from England and Wales.
@@Awakend7 A nice racist comment there, well done.
@@ezriderzzr7104 how the fuck is that racist you melon
@@County-ej8vj If you don't know them you're the problem ya spangle.
@@ezriderzzr7104 educate me. Please 🙏
It's nice to see company's actually coming out and not being Johnny Concrete
Hilarious! Mob handed and serious lack of knowledge still astounds me still after all this time.Love it when they talk to you guys about personal privacy yet everyday they walk and drive around and get filmed.
Wow DJ, you were so famous even back in October 2021, that the whole workforce came out to see you 😆👍🏼
🤣🤣🤣
Nice to see that you audit places without a pre-requisit of having a confrontation . like it
Something really dodgy going on with this company.
Something to hide I would say, H&S and Environmental Health needs to pay that one a visit and possibly Immigration especially if they don't KNOW OUR LAWS!
Big fences and no signage plus no phone numbers.. Alarm bells should be ringing on this one!!!!
Spot on!
@@paigeleigh2554 Do you need a Turkish firm in the UK to do this work? Looks more like money laundering.
Wow, would you say the same if it was an English company, i doubt it, racism at it's finest with you.
@@mrsillywalk Don't be stupid.
@@mrsillywalk , you're absolutely right!
11:18 And this is the point when they need to really gen up on UK law as they will learn about GDPR. I think it's also worthwhile putting in a civil claim (only a £100) for the harassment and alarm caused by their mobbing you even though you explained everything to them and corrected them on their misunderstanding of the law in a very polite manner. Their lawyers will charge more than £100 for the legal advice that it'd be better to compensate you than to take it to court. A letter before claim doesn't cost anything if you write it yourself. There are many templates available of LbCs.
You can film in Turkey just the same as here, the man is an idiot.
And you win the stupidest comment of the day.
Looks like a front for something more suspicious
Money laundering?
I like how he kept positive and charming throughout. Well done sir
Listen pal, if you come to our country, learn our laws before you open your gob. PUBLIC PHOTOGRAPHY is LEGAL. It's that simple.
Calm down, most natives don't know the law on that either.
Turkish gang by looks of it mate you did well there nuddy good audit.
All I could keep thinking was, Mr bond tied up in the back
Biggest attraction in Nuneaton by the looks of it.
The rubbish bags? Yes definitely
Excellent courageous audit.
Mafia wars 😆🤣😂😹😆🤣😂😹
things must be different in Turkey
Inflation, islamism, fascist tendencies, ...
Yeah auditing in Turkey would be difficult as it would be hard to walk around with balls that big.
I thought this was all very pleasant from all sides tbh . Obviously there was concern but nobody actually got rude or confrontational in a way to cause concern . You explained perfectly what the lawful situation was and they obviously listened and learned I feel . The first guy was genuinely nice . Lovely audit . Made a change from gobby sows 😊👍
Bloody hell you've got some balls going and filming the Turks on your own.
TRANSLATION OF PHONE CALL:
Hi Orhan, I'm good ... oh god (unrelated to you) ..... So a man came here, for his youtube channel, he's recording a video, if someone can come and meet him it would be good ... because he's recording the rubbish etc, he's still recording actually ... brother he stepped in then out, they told me from inside someone is taking photos, so I went out to greet the gentleman, someone should come here asap to meet him, okay? … okay bye.
Was in a polite tone btw
Thanks for that. I did think he was the best representation of the company and you have just reinforced that thought for me. Thanks for watching.
send the clip to jcb so they see how their subcontractors work
Old guy with the English accent handled it very well and de-escalated the situation like a pro. The rest of them seemed a bit clueless but the first guy was nice enough.
Except for doing a camback - which breaks GDPR law as he had no business reason to take the photo
@@135Ops And you know nothing about GDPR laws. DJ can film because he isn't covered by GDPR. The employee _can_ take pictures on his personal phone whilst at work if the pictures are for their own use. But taking pictures to share with other employees for the purpose of indicating someone to watch out for breaks GDPR rules because the business *must* first ask permission from DJ. As for your other reply to me, that shows the same lack of knowledge and intelligence as this one.
@@TheSadButMadLad Incorrect interpretation of GDPR laws. The factory employees were taking photos/footage from the same public property that DJ was standing on. They were not on work property, and the act of taking photos/footage would not likely fall within the remit of their work duties, contracted or otherwise, which means the activities would be of a private nature rather than a business one. They were quite literally members of the public “filming what they see”, as DJ describes of his own actions.
@@adamsouth1368 Where the employees took the pictures is immaterial. That it wasn't within their work remit actually means that they had no right to take the photos under GDPR, and that is because they are still in the work hours. They would have to prove that the photos were not shared with other employees and not shared with notes to other staff such as "watch out for this person".
Some examples. When an employee is driving to a site of work but sees an accident and takes pictures and shares it on their personal facebook then that's not under GDPR. At the site, they see a squirrel, take a picture and share with colleagues at work, that's not under GDPR since it wasn't a person. At the site, they see someone parking badly and share a picture of that with HR, that is caught be GDPR. At the site, they might see a person walking around the site when no one does so normally and think they should take a picture for security purposes. That is caught by GDPR since it's not a static CCTV camera that indiscriminately records.
Some rules within GDPR can be stupid and can seem overly restrictive. I think a lot of GDPR is counter productive since it can also mean that when someone has left a company, all their emails must be deleted, unless specific permission is sought to keep them. Being pedantic about the rules is a way of getting back at those who think they have authority as it's a way of bursting their bubble.
@@TheSadButMadLad Again, incorrect. The burden of proof that you describe does not exist in common English law. Additionally the ‘working hours’ element is completely irrelevant, a person is not bound from/to personal activity conducted within regular working hours as a number of legal acts distance the two. For example, if I pop out of work to go to the dentist, I’m not bound to the terms of my working contract during that trip as there is no link between the nature of my employment and the supplementary activity.
I am interested to know why you think a member of the public filming DJ - on public property, outside of work and in zero connection to a working contract of employment - is captured under GDPR, but that DJ doing the same thing is not?
Oh this company looks well dodgy. I'd urge anyone to stay clear of that place in future.
I'm really confused at this video number one you recording waste which will be disposed of number 2 do you know there process procedures and licences they have for disposing of the waste a quick judgment by your video shows you actually know nothing about disposing of waste but whilst your at it please come down to Birmingham and record jlr or any other British manufacture sites which are openly visible to the public and ule be shocked I feel some sense of personall agenda coming across over here
First thing that is needed is to make sure that the prick ha the correct docs to be running a business and also if said prick has the right paper work to be in the country and talking for the state.
you should ask foreign nationals what the laws around photography are in their country !
Loving the content. Really interesting seeing what all these random companies do.
I live in the area and had no idea this firm existed etc. In fact, in general, if the general public did actually go onto industrial estates they may find small car repair firms, window replacement firms and other small companies. There's more to life than Halfords and Big Names. 👍
Forgot to add, you are quickly becoming a top auditor, really good positive informative interactions and your tone with people is always good. Respect 👍
@james seaward agreed, there’s no aggression or loss of control and he remains respectful no matter what other people say or do, whilst putting his case forward forcefully
off the dinghy in Dover and into security work
Do me a favour and go back next week and see if the rubbish is clear. Well done for not allowing the guys to intimidate you, obvious that the Big boss only appeared when bully boy tactics didn't work. I wonder how many staff are illegal workers?
UK is an excellent place for start-up companies.
It's amazing how the newly arrived people are all qualified lawyers and experts in UK law, especially the Afghan security guards fresh off the dinghy at Dover.
Some very interesting videos coming from your channel, thanks for sharing. 😎
@Thomas Powell yet you watched. 🇬🇧👍
They seem to adopt the principle of a communal high visibilty vest; where they just all walk around in close proximity and rely on the safety aspect of one vest. Either that or the company has financial problems.
Lol, good one
one virtue-signaling white guy.
The lady thinks she knows it all
They weren't 'circling' him, they were just positioning themselves to do a runner. (There's no other way out)
🤣🤣🤣
I would have said I am from immigration and watch folk run like mad haha
He was just worried about you contacting environmental
Lots of gdpr requests need to go in.
Not going to happen and never does does it?
good audit. Did you hear the news today about all the Ring doorbell cameras? They are illegal apparently and one guy is getting sued by the neighbour for £100k. Was in daily mail i think on line. Is it the end for filming people in public?
Something fishy is going on here.....
Some right british accents in this video
They’re not british, so why would they have a British accent?? 🤷🏻♂️
Anybody else get a sniff of something not quite right there?
great audit dj keep up the good work
I don’t think you could have had anymore reaction from the amount of people there than if you had been outside MI6.
You will get rundown on the motorway.🤓
PSA: All foreigners. please understand the UK Law allows you to film and gather evidence.
Also, the law doesn't like child rape or terrorism.
Slightly ignorant and xenophobic 🤷🏻♂️

Plenty of English on their who know fuk all about U.K. laws ...
@@apk74 Pretty "national statistics" and "accurate"
Well the judges don’t seem to mind about the child one, you’re worse off dodging tax
I think you should check back on this company. They've been using this same excuse I believe over n over about not having any pallets .. They're abusing the system imo
they all retreated inside with the security quickly, i think maybe he knew you had a right and they all followed him back inside thinking it was a serious matter
You really think he was security? Well dressed and manicured for a minimum wage earner.
He was the company boss, not security. That's the problem with hi-viz vests - they give the wrong impression. They also don't do anything for safety.
@@TheSadButMadLad agreed anyone could put a hi vi's and boots on then walk into a site
Seems like they are very, very interested to explain the refuse, as if they have something to hide actually.
If filming private property is illegal you might as well just ban cameras..
Stripping vehicles for parts. 🇬🇧👍
Environmental agency and the h.s.e need to visit, Brand new company and just look at the state of the yard it's totally breaking lots of health and safety rules and it's a fire hazard and the rubbish is all thrown in together not recycled
Do they want the UK to be like China or North Korea. The law in Turkey is similar to here, filming from public is allowed in most cases.
I wonder how many of them live in the property !!!
I bet they all drive Mercs.
Shame they aren't recycling, must be someone out there that could turn a mud flap into something. Still, they are new so maybe they will in the future.
How is it that the safety of the older guy in high viz jacket only seems to matter, otherwise all the rest would be wearing them, by decree.
When are these goons going to respect our laws. ? There are loads of goons with time to spare so I can only conclude is that they are overstaffed and therefore inefficient.
So the balance of the work force come from ... Turkey ??? who is the Englishman wearing a staff badge " !!
If they think that they should try to get the law changed.
Harry Enfield ‘it’s only me’ 😂
Love your channel it’s awesome ❤️
Thank you so much!!
The purpose is because he can film sorry but that's the law 🤣😂🤣😂🤣🤣😂🤣😂. The first chap you spoke to get a 👍
Yes, he was brilliant all the way through.
First guy was lovely, polite and engaging... the rest were very suspicious of you haha
Nice audit 🙂
They were awfully defensive for such a mundane company. Me thinks they doth protest too much :D
Nah but you dont normally get people coming, they probably thought it’s an inspector coming to fine them for some random regulation, it’s like when the average person gets stopped by the police, they get nervous even when they are innocent.
Coming with a camera *
Yes its interesting, information. Informative. ,entertainment, and the good, the bad , and the ugly . So yeh good and interesting video.
In Which province of Istanbul was this filmed mate ?
I wonder how many English people they working there , a lot better wage in the uk for the Turkish staff ,🇸🇬
10 weird folk looking like they might bundle you up with packing tape 🤣,wow
I was worried as it might have got nasty. The first guy was really pleasant but that small looming crowd looked really menacing on screen. Well done for staying calm.
The older chap in the hi-vis was a true gentleman, what a nice guy. He got straight to the point in a very nice way, then off he went.
No doubt, he later gave the staff there a 'tool box talk' about the law in the UK regarding photography in public. 🙂👍
He's the gaffer. Dudes got an MBA and a BSc.
More like how to stay covert and how not to draw attention to themselves...
