This house is really a steal for that price on a corner lot with a pool and in Arlington, wow!! I wonder how close is it to the stadium? The house overall was spacious, loved the brick detailing in the kitchen. It gives it a rustic feel, the master suite no big wow features but the bathroom was very nice. I love the separate sinks on opposite sides and the garden tub, wasn't enthused about the closet space, but you do have the additional space upstairs that makes up for it, I would even remodel the top area for a master bedroom (loved that wet bar upstairs) and have that sitting area as a lounge. Beautiful view of the backyard, lots of room, covered patio much needed for Texas summers, ceiling fans are a plus. Another gorgeous home, thanks for the tour.

As not to ignore potential same-sex buyers, I would stop using the term “his and hers” for closets and vanities. I would use “double”. Just a little something I learned when I leased apartments back in the day.
