This villa is absolutely exceptional, and the Chukum material is one of my favorites-not just for its stunning aesthetic but also for its sustainability and water resistance. You do an incredible job at providing a fully immersive experience. At 850k and fully furnished, it seems like a fantastic opportunity-I wouldn't expect it to be available for long!

The Casita adds a nice touch to the property. This could be used as an additional Airbnb room or extra room for family and friends visiting. I really find the entertainment space above the home to be very inviting. It affords a person to be able to escape and entertain while remaining connected to the family compound. I’m finding more and more sellers are including a furnished option. This is very lucrative and valuable. All of this for $850K is worth it, in my opinion. Btw, the intro soliloquy is beautifully narrated.

Way, way, way overpriced. Like 2x. This is a mediocre 2BR apartment. The location is solid, however... You can get a nice 3 to 4 BR villa at that price.

Some of the finishes look dated and on the lower end. That exposed brick wall is an eye sore. They should've painted the brick an elegant neutral color. The staging looks very dated and on the cheap end. Coming from New York and having lived in Miami, this penthouse isn't worth anywhere near 2 mil. Just my opinion.

@itsdancan it’s good to see you and Daniel. This is a beautiful starter home. I say that because of the size of the lot, fixed snuggly in between other homes. The amenities on the property and in the city make this a good investment property. 😅 and yes, once you entered the bathroom, I already knew that this “soaking tub” is barely large enough to fit my 5 foot one self😂. One feature I like about the home, is the secluded feel of the first guestroom. If a mother-in-law or family/friends stay for a visit, there is a natural, secluded feel of privacy. I look forward to your next tour, because I am looking for decor ideas form my new apartment.🎉🎉🎉

I hate open floor concepts and this one is no exception. No jets in the shower, no jets in the tub. The media room and loft is both bigger than the primary. Luxury vinyl in a $1M dollar home is unacceptable. Buying a home of this size, having average size bedrooms, with vinyl flooring and fiberglass at this price point is unacceptable. That's like buying a 2024 Bugatti for $350,000 with Honda Accord interior. Honda interior is OK, but it is not worth $350K and neither is the materials nor the bedroom sizes in this home.

I like it this home except for the front door area, foyer s/b wider with double doors. Also home needs more space between the houses. HOA?
