1st, the intro song is kicking'! The laid back zen feel is present from the sound , attire and the cadence of the tour. I love the angle aspect of the home and the zen rooms are the most! In addition, one of the most valuable aspects of this home is the natural garden. In today's economy, having a wellness/healing garden is the absolute best. As far as the aesthetics of the home... it is clean and modern. I really like the window treatments and the light features throughout the home. This is a great presentation and the owner is blest to have you as her R.E. Power team. Kudos to @infinityshots .
