This home is lovely. I haven’t seen an island like that. I don’t know if I love or hate it. But everything else is spectacular - would love 10’ more depth outside but omg it packs a punch for the price!! My east coast self can’t imagine when I’m in 2000sf and when you factor in my property taxes on $700k are $15k, I’m probably paying more. Great tour.

I don’t care for that island in the kitchen. I love the tall ceilings in the living room, that fireplace is very nice. I really like the glass feature on front of the stand alone tub very nice. I also like the divider in the closet. In one of the apartments my wife and I lived in we had separate closets. The next house we build will definitely have separate closets lol

Gorgeous home! But it's basically a giant luxury condo/townhouse. You are so close to your neighbors. The yard is tiny. Big enough for a chair or 2 and your small dog to potty. You better LOVE your neighbors, you are paying 1 million dollars to reach out and touch them😂
