Way, way, way overpriced. Like 2x. This is a mediocre 2BR apartment. The location is solid, however... You can get a nice 3 to 4 BR villa at that price.

@@itsdancan Dan, thanks for the reply man. And yean, Tulum real estate is wild. Just noticed that you published this almost a year and a half ago, so that price makes more sense. Rental incomes have leveled out, and the Tulum market is now saturated with 2BR apartments. You really need to be at the top of your game in terms of property management and unique guest experiences to win down here. Curious to see how this property is performing (as an investment) for whoever purchased it. When you get down here next you should link up with the guys at Amari Tulum. I really think you and your audience would love their properties. And many blessings to you Brother.

Love this channel, but 650k for 1000sqft? Yikes! Compared to that 3 level 3/4br furnished for 670k, why the disparity within the same town?
