Thank you for adding a new show. I always wait for your new video to come up every Saturday and a week of waiting is too long so what I do is watch your past videos. Nice for having a Wednesday show.
You guys are awesome and the homes you show are immaculate. I’m in the UK but want to move eventually. When I do, you’ll be the first people I contact.
California native here saving as much as I can to be able to buy in Houston in the next few years! How hard is it to get a loan when you are out of state?? My intention is putting down 50%
Can you go back to Elyson and the grove in humble and do a video tour on the whole neighborhood and trails and new amenities and additional development in both communities thanks
Last few videos have skipped any good shots of the primary toilet. Some of us tall guys with long legs have knees that don’t like doors too close to the toilet, would like to see how the doors open and placement a little better please. Even if only a good clear passing shot I can pause, but this and recent vids have none :(
Haha, fair point! We definitely don’t want anyone’s knees getting jammed up while they’re trying to relax! 😅 I’ll make sure we get some quality ‘toilet real estate’ shots in the next few videos-complete with door placement, knee clearance, and maybe even a slow-mo passing shot just for you. Stay tuned for the tall guy-approved bathroom tour! 🚽👍
Yeah, I hear you! The first house definitely has the better kitchen setup. That second one could use more counter space for sure. What do you usually look for in a kitchen? Are you all about counter space, or is there something else that’s a dealbreaker for you?
Please answer this. If I were to buy any of these floor plans that you guys showcase in this channel, could the builder do it on concrete/cement rather than wood?
Great question! Yes, most builders can offer the option to pour a concrete slab foundation instead of using a wood subfloor, but it depends on the builder and the specific floor plan. Some homes are designed for concrete slab foundations, especially in areas where that’s more common, like warmer climates. However, if you’re set on one of the floor plans we’ve showcased, I’d recommend reaching out to us to confirm if they can accommodate that request.
Did you place the furniture first and then built?? How come not a king bed, or a queen bed, but a full fitted through those tiny entrances???? Are you sure the furniture can go through those small spaces??
Nice home-Tiny Tiny lots-Don't like neighbors 5 feet away, but for under 200,000 a good starter home-I thought Texas was supposed to go BIG-The guy that did the HVAC runs did a very sloppy job-your going to have a lot of friction loss ,and volume loss-it wont heat and cool very well-or as good as it should- lets see some estate size lots 5-10-20 acre homes -with some trees and a view- not clear cut-flat lands
You’re right-Texas is known for going BIG, but affordability often means some trade-offs, like smaller lots in certain communities. As for the HVAC, I hear you! We’ve seen some builders prioritize budget over quality, and that can affect things like airflow. If you’re looking for estate-sized lots with acreage, trees, and stunning views, we can absolutely find those too. What would your dream setup look like? Acres, views, custom HVAC? Let’s chat-I’d love to help you find something that checks all the boxes!
Elyson and Bridgeland are definitely two of the top communities around-great amenities, beautiful homes, and strong neighborhoods! They both offer something special, but it really comes down to what you’re looking for. Do you want lakes and parks like in Bridgeland, or more of that family-friendly vibe Elyson offers? Which one feels like it would fit your lifestyle best?
Great questions! Some neighborhoods do have homes closer together, but there are definitely options with more space between neighbors if that’s important to you. As for fully furnished homes, some builders offer the option to purchase a home with the staging furniture, or we can help connect you with designers to furnish it exactly how you like. Prices can vary depending on the furniture package and finishes, but we’d be happy to break that down for you. Let us know what you’re looking for, and we can help you find the perfect fit!
Hey, I get it-not every house is everyone’s style! Glad you’re enjoying the extra content though! What kind of home would catch your eye? Maybe we can line up something more your vibe for future tours. Let me know what you’d love to see next!
Right?! The attic is totally the Texas basement! Gotta make the most of that extra space. Do you prefer a big attic for storage, or are you thinking of turning it into something more fun?

Great format. Love the enthusiastic presentation on both homes.
Thank you!

Joe is looking slim coming off that 75 Hard run. Looking good. I need to do it again myself.
Shredded and ready!!
I loved the first house❤
Us too!!
Yes, us too!
I like the second one more.
Great choice! The second floor plan is a standout. What specifically drew you to that one?
Both homes are amazing. I'm not sure if I overlooked the price tag over the video. How much would they cost?

Isn’t Elyson and bridgeland the best Comunnities

Do the neighbors have to be so close?? Can you get a house fully furnished? like already staged? what would be the price difference?
