His series "Jamie's School Dinners" from back in 2005 is all about getting British schools to remove unhealthy food for the kids and introducing kids to eating and enjoying healthy meals.
I remember watching his TV show when he would go to different houses and teach people to cook for their family. He inspired me to try different ways of cooking and serving food
This is exactly what I was talking about I made mix fruit kebabs or fruit on the skewers on my channel and my son who is not fan of fruits became fruits buddy immediately! He has been binging on them instead of unhealthy snacks! Thanks Jamie
Jamie Oliver is the the first celebrity Chef i admire and follow thru, since those days of "The Naked Chef"!! Those days he's picking his herbs by the window sills😊😎, riding a bike to buy his ingridients!! His style is so organic and rustic!!! He's genius in his craft!!! I copied a lot of his foods and style n the kitchen. Not to mention Jamie's foods r healthy and kid-friendly!!!❤️❤️❤️😎😎😎👍👍🏻
A lot of Indian folks put finely chopped tomatoes, onions and coriander ( kinda like the Indian version of pico de gallo) on the poppadoms . It's called masala papad. Very fresh and you can make people eat a fair bunch of veg that way.
In elementary school my son's teacher had all parents give him whole fruits and vegs. He's cut them up and then the whole class would snack on them during the break. I thought it was a brilliant idea.
Such a brilliant down to earth chef , iv been watching you and your brilliant ways of cooking for years ,Thankyou for all the inspiration you have given me for feeding my family, you have such passion
I don't understand why so many people would give a thumb down for something so delicious and such great ideas for healthy eating. I just don't get it. Well done mate🥰😊
You’re the best, Jamie! We didn’t have you when bringing up our kids but knew that food colours are important. We’d suggest, ‘have some of each colour..’ Now we know, through you, there are wonderful ingredient combinations that are nutritious and flavourful. Go Jamie!
i hadn't thought of the quesadilla thing, but that's a great suggestion! you could even get pre-cooked, (or cook your own) beef or chicken and add that.
Hi chef ⭐Jamie I'm glad you're okay. I always like your recipes with vegetables and fruits. You have taught me a lot in cooking. Thank you very much for that.

Nice different little stories with each recipe. Each recipe was a world of its own. I remember when jamie taught me to eat poppadums on his channel. It's been many years now. It was such a cool thing for me here in Sweden, cause i think poppadums are from India (right?) and it's far away from us. So it was a new thing for me, poppadums! I remember popping them in the microwave! It was soooo cool! And i also LOVE quesidillas! I used to make them a lot before. Big hug for jamie. Peace and love.
forget school kids snacks, I am making these for me :) Thanks for all your healthy recipes, that recipe with chicken cooked in butter+ milk will be forgiven :)
I just found your channel. Awesome finding you. I actually never used balsamic vinegar I can't think of what video on Food network. I sent one of my our shows. That stuff is awesome on anything. Grilled chicken. I gotta go shopping now👍🏻
You have the best ideas. Thanks for the inspiration. What’s a pompadour? What national origin? I’d like to try them so I need to know where to look for them on the International aisle.
Poppadom is from India - it's a crunchy cracker made of lentil flour. Every Indian restaurant serves them and they can be found in grocery stores either pre-cooked or ready-to-cook.
He really cares about feeding children good food.

How many jars of mango chutney would Jamie have?

Hey Jamie. How can I trick myself into eating more fruits and veg?
Deep fry and serve with HP sauce
I think he should make another nuggets video and give it to the kids

Is he going to address uncle Roger's fried rice
Who?
No because nobody cares about a mem youtube celebrity who will be forgotten in 2 months.

Is courgette cooked after a couple of minutes (OK, 2 couples of minutes: one each side) in the quesadilla? I tend to cook them for MUCH longer.
I think is is, because it is grated to such small size...
