Behold: the first convocation of the Quilluminati, presided over by the Grand Poobah himself! Next time we should all wear hats.
Mike thanks so much for being the host with the most to kick us off!
This was a blast! Can't wait for our next gathering! Also, I think my mic volume was a little hot so I'll make sure to dial it down next time.
Nah. The rest need to dial up theirs to match yours
This was a glorious conversation. I can't wait for the next session of the Q Club, Raven mail or no! Love u all individually, but 4 of my favourite book tubers together was worth middle of the night watching on replay 💫😎🤠🥳
Quilluminati! Had a great time, everyone! Can’t wait for the next one.
Great discussion!
Just getting around to this video now as I have just finished the book myself. Really enjoyed the discussion (and the book) and looking forward to the next Quilluminati chat!
This was an amazing inaugural episode, this might just become my new favourite book club from now on hahah. I weirdly related to all of your guys' differing opinions, this is such a mixed bag of a book. As interesting as this nuanced discussion was, I hope the next pick will be a smash hit for all of you!
Super fun discussion! I finished Vanished Birds just a couple of days ago, and I was just so-so on it myself. Seemed like lots of potential, just wasn't what I was hoping for.
Thanks guys for this video, it was so interesting!!
Thank you, youtube, for not sending the notification. Catching this on the replay
Enjoyed it. Looking forward to the next one :)
I didn't read this book. But I'll be reading the next one.
I had to look up who Gleek was and I think John called himself a space monkey side kick. 😂
Yes! Yes I did!
Can’t believe I missed this - glad you didn’t ruin the vacation. DNF is a good thing
hey, mike! i was so looking forward to your discussions of house of the dragons with the gang as you guys did for season one. what happened? 💔
I am doing them on my other channel, Mike's Media Reviews!
@@mikesbookreviews ahhhh, that’s amazing! thank you very much!
Brian Lee Durfee loved Ordinary Grace! Check out his review.
I love Micheal J Sullivan's Riyria series. Drumindor comes out in October. Me and my best friend are very excited.
Have you guys read ninth house
Don't think I'll be adding this one to me TBR list.
I think I'm gonna go with mike and say this book definitely does not sound like it for me All of you Gave this book a much higher rating than it actually deserved Because you felt obligated to for some reason Especially Brian it sounded like you really didn't enjoy the book and it should have been about a 2 star read
Still don’t get it. Why talk about book you clearly hated reading and didn’t finish? Seems like waste of time
Because we agreed to. This is also why I let the others talk more. And if I only cover books everyone loves I get accused of "loving everything." Constructive criticism is never bad, IMO.
@@mikesbookreviews I don’t think anything is bad by loving everything. Your comment doesn’t really make sense but ok
@@philippburnett6045your comment doesn’t make sense either.
@@cl9279 mine actually makes perfect sense. You just don’t like it
