If someone could make a recipe for how to create a serial killer.. That would be the family neglect, the drug abuse, the relatives that contribute to mess this man's brain.. Turning him into a murderer.. Such a waste.. for all the lives he took.. And for him.. He could be an actor, a rock star, so handsome and tall, having also an excellent deep voice.. So messed up.. So sad..
Bad influences, head tramaus, untreated epilepsy, and I still think the chemicals his Mom was around still could have affected his brain before all the other things happened. As people on her say, he was doomed before he could grow up and have a chance of being normal
Loved this! Ed Kemper used to scare me more than anyone (probably because of our similar histories, mine exempt of murder). But I've only just recently discovered Ramirez. I'm not sure why but he frightens me and fascinates me like no other. I think it's that his eyes are made of marble the same way my grandmother's were. Sorry if I'm spamming your comment sections but I have a habit of bingeing videos and I like to comment to show appreciation to the creators even if I have nothing to add...like now. 🙂

Richard comes to me all the time. I used to live across the street from the Cecil hotel where he lived. He honestly has saved me I'm a psychic medium. He used to save me outside from all the crime and from falling glass. We had very similar upbringing so I understand he was actually very mentally ill. I don't at all agree with anything that he did but I feel like if he would have been treated and loved he would have been totally different.

You didnt mention cousin mike was in the pheonix program also he was a operator with the crystal palace. Its also suspected he was a serial killer too. Its very odd all these events went on but nobody seemed to notice

@@SerialKilling can i suggest you do a episode on the golden st killer. You are alot more throurough that any other reseacher. I think his case is very interesting. He was the vasalia ransacker first he. He had like 4 to 6 different stages of his criminal progression spanned about 40 years

How sad for all involved. It’s the perfect storm. His uncle set the precedence firmly with the Vietnam crimes shared with him at the beginning of his sexual identity developmental stage. I hurt for the Vietnamese who suffered these things.

I feel this was part of the “recipe for explosion” that he once described for serial killers. His early experience was just that, and add to it DRUG ADDICTION & SATANISM = there you go. Sooo very sad, he was smart, and was so good looking, I hope somehow he had a chance to reconcile w GOD. I know his mother and sister prayed HARD for him. (He had called his mother to pray for him when he felt Satan enter into him and I do believe he was demon possessed when he committed these crimes).😭😭🙏🙏💔

As per the night stalker book, the owner of the orange toyota station wagon that he used for his last killing was an active christian. There was a box of christian pamphlets in the trunk and 2 bibles. He didn’t know the bibles were there. He got caught later on. Coincidence?

Why are we always trying to find excuses and reasoning to rationalrationalize people's depraved Acts? This dude was born evil, and the outside influences - like his cousin - just gave him positive reinforcement. I'm going to bet there's a good 30 to 40 more murders he committed that have not been pinned on him. As a lifelong angeleno, I lived through that summer of 1985 and am suffering PTSD because of Ramirez. For example, if I'm sleeping home alone I keep the hall light on and I'm constantly rechecking door locks. Unless a person Lived it, and was of age, there is no documentary, nor book, that does Justice to the level of fear and stress he put us under

Great synopsis. The Conduct Disorder aspect usually manifests preteen though. He did not appear to have that in his early years. He was a psychopath, no guilt and his upbringing and introduction to drugs, ensured his maladaptive behaviours.
