We make the same mistake in all of our dreams: we identify with the person and regard the rest as other(s). Each time it takes awakening to (be able to) realize we were the whole dream, all of it, consciousness. Dreams end upon awakening but the dream called life continues and lucid living begins. As consciousness you are sheer perfection. Only consciousness did not and will not change during your entire life.
Can you see how we shine when we can let go the cage of our mind and embrace the moment? I used to hate myself, but most of the time it was unconscious. Id literally sabotage every interaction i had with someone who i remotely thought was positive in any way. I could have made a lot of great relationships / friendships / clients but unconsciously i believed they would find out how unworthy i am, that im a loser, and to avoid that pain id sabotage everything by avoidance and hiding away. Now in my 40's im in the process of trying to build new friendships and find a new relationship without my mind sabotaging me with all those negative beliefs. Its horrible thinking how ive destroyed my own life.
