You have to allow yourself to feel. Breathwork is a powerful tool that helps clear energy trapped in the nervous system and throughout the body. The breath can clear heavy emotions and dense energy that we carry. We carry heaviness for days, months, and years. Most people don't want to feel and face their trauma but that's the way to release it. Most people have no idea how important the emotional connection is and how powerfully healing an emotional release can be. We have to become the expression that we stored and now so afraid of showing.

Dark is not negative. Negative is negative, ironical it is the negative ions in the air that are good for us and the positive ones are created by pollution 🤯. In magic, dark comes from the colour of the Egyptian soil which in the delta was rich and fertile. When talking of light. The dark is eternal and the light penetrating it is limited. 💜

There is the shadow self, which is what I feel you are speaking on. Then there is the real darkness, where people are possessed or bothered by demon energy.

Darkness or negative things are usually fear, fear is good but also we need to learn to face our fear to better understand what we are afraid of , in my case I have demons that I call what if what mightbe ,whatcould, whatmaybe , so when fear comes in, which is a good thing, those little buggers can whisper and take that natural fear and slowly over time stop me from doing something. its catching those doubting demons when they start whispering and pay attention stay at this moment to see where that fear is actually come from and more times then not discovering that it is not near as bad as you think , its much like the child afraid of the monster in the closet or under the bad those whispers are what is paralyzing them so they may call out for help . I l;ike thinking Taoist ways of thought a loosely translated part of one qoute "there is no darkness without light there is no light without darkness" and one of my favourite saying is " Stop thinking, and end your problems", “The path into the light seems dark, the path forward seems to go back, the direct path seems long, true power seems weak.”

I've been trying to be with the darkness, and integrate it. I've recently reached out to a somatic practitioner, to get support on being with my darkness. So that I can do it on my own with more ability to do so.

Think of “darkness” as if you’re stepping into a dark room. It’s as simple as something you cannot see. Which is what is unconscious to you but still attracting certain aspects of your life experience and why you have undesirable things happen but don’t know why. It’s the blind spots. You gifting those parts your awareness will alchemize them all by itself. Attention on the unconscious will clarify more of what you really do want so you can head in that direction with your attention fully on it, bringing along all of you instead of leaving parts of you behind. ❤

If a kick in the butt you can consider it a step forward then light is darkness in disguise. From my perspective light and dark live in a duality like sides of a coin. We can't have one without the other. Observing the dark it will bring us at one point to the acceptance of it and therefore the light of understanding will come. My point of view is that we can say dark is light only from the perspective from what it brings.

There is no good or bad. There is light which is truth. There is shadow which, is a lie. What's tough is acknowledging someone else's truth. Especially when they say something about you, that you know isn't true. Thus, arises more separation. Your truth and my truth are not the same. It is challenging to work together to clear the lenses. So that truth can align with truth.

The external world is a reflection of 95% your subconscious. If you use ace ventures 2nd principle you would realize that the darkness you see in others is actually a distorted expression of light of yourself BECAUSE we are all one. You get triggered because your mind already says that if I were you I wouldn't say that. Or if I was you I wouldn't do that. It's soooo obvious but, you really have to humble yourself. When you get triggered or your friend gets triggered you are not arguing with yourself or a friend. You are arguing with a distortion of light energy and you hurt yourself or your friends. What ever comes up, is where the healing has to take place with in yourself. Everyone has free will but, attempting to control anything other than yourself is a crime against God's galactic and quantum mechanical laws. Light flows through the prism of the chakra and expresses itself as your will desires however, your lense or subconscious wounds, can cause a distortion. If you heal your subconscious you clean the lense or the prism or chakra. It's easier to heal when you look at what each chakra rules, look at yourself as 7 minds and 7 subconscious.

I had to face my darkness as i had nowhere to run, i literally felt trapped in a corner but when i surrendered and relaxed completely into the immense fear with love and acceptance, i felt a calm peaceful sensation wash over me, as if i was flooded with light from above. I could feel warmth as if the sun was shining directly on me. Now i never run from my fear, or act on my fears, i am one with my fear and just be the fear. It then just becomes sensation and nothing more.

Thanks a lot for the inspiration Janelle! The parts of us that we don’t accept are being love starved. Acceptance is love,is life. As soon as there’s more than half of our selves that we placed outside of love’s nourishment,we are dying. Those rejected parts can be recovered,that’s shadow work. That’s healing. It’s that or a restart. “A house divided against itself will fall!” Be of one love.
