    Activity Flow:
    1. Players go through the agility course one after the other Players run through the agility ladders with different assignments (e.g. 2 feet in each square, backwards, Icky shuffle etc.)
    2. After the ladder, players run around the poles (e.g. laterally, backwards/forwards, etc.), jump over the mini hurdles (e.g. with one or both legs), and do a slalom run around the last poles
    3. After completing the course, players run back to their respective groups
    4. Different exercises possible, be creative and change the task after a while (at least two repetitions per exercise)
    Organisation:
    1. What do you need to set up?
    Area of 40x15m
    2 coordination ladders
    6 poles or cones
    Another 6 poles or cones
    5 mini hurdles
    5 rings
    2. Distance between both ladders around 5m
    3. Except of 4 cones/poles all stuff is set up in one line (distance between 4 cones/poles and line is 5m)
    4. Divide players into two teams
    Coaching Points:
    1. Ensure that the players perform all running tasks technically flawlessly and correct the movements in detail if necessary
    2.The aim is to train the different facets of coordination, for example the ability to orientate, balance, react or rhythmize
    Can the player keep his balance?
    Can the player get through the ladder without making a mistake or does he constantly get stuck?
    3. Players must be active on the front heel
    4. Short contact times with the ground
    Variations:
    1. Easier - Make the course shorter - players don't have to remember several exercises
    2. Rule - Make it a competition: The first team lined back up in its starting position wins (but be aware that you have to control the tasks, the key is simple - simple exercises, simple execution, easy to control)
    Only compete when your players are warm enough, otherwise you are risking an injury
    3. Harder - Have players complete the course while holding a ball in front of their chests
