Oh, I have a Mission Thrift in my town. I always call it Bibles for Missions because I think that was their original name. They always have beautiful displays, and it's always neat and clean.
It's my new favourite thrift store... you're right, so clean, tidy and organized :) prices seem to be better than value village, there's always discounts :) but i'm trying to wait at least a month in between visits to see new stock :)
Really great finds!!❣️ I love that your mom went with you too!!❤ That open weave ribbon could be used to make a wicker basket or planter.❣️ That frame & card looka perfect in your office!❣️❣️❣️ That placemat makes an awesome rug!!❤ I looove that bag of clear jars things you bought!!❣️❣️❣️ Awesime video, thank you!!❤
The shelf with the Chis pets was right next to some long dishes on the bottom that would make great farmhouse sinks. You could make an ottoman out of the napkin rings. Use a cap to fill the bottom and tuft the top with a faux leather. Add some of your abacus legs and display. I like to use those plastic woven placemats for rugs. They cut well and don’t fray. You could use the pegs from the game to make the stems for candle holders or lamps. What as that bag of plastic doodads in the toys section? Oh my gosh, I would use those little glass globes to make the wedding centerpieces for my mini me decor shop! They look like the ones,I used for our youngest wedding.
The clear glass can be painted from the inside white, you can add in front some words like sugar, flour or herbs. It will look like those porcelain jars from the late 1900's as something decorative or fancy.
Those little glass bottles are a real good find and the pieces of wood would make nice tables with some wooden leggs. Do you know those square wooden sticks they sell in petshops with seads etc on it for canaries? A friend of mine saves them for me after the bird has eaten the food from it; they make good leggs for Barbiefurniture etc.
the wooden sticks sounds interesting :) i love the little glass bottles, i wonder what they were used for originally? i know they'll definitely be useful :)
I enjoyed your video, especially the music it was really relaxing, Im afraid i dont like the music on other videos. You have much better items in America, i live in UK and charity shops are really expensive and not much choice. Thanks xxx
Thank you so much :) i'm sorry you don't like the music on the other videos, i just think it fits better because i increase the speed for the diy's, i was thinking of changing it but i'm thinking the music in this video is too slow?? maybe if i decrease the volume?
I really enjoyed going thrifting with you. Please do more videos like this one so I can live vicariously through you. I used to do this at least twice a week but now, I can’t shop how I used to. I saw so many props which I wanted you to pick up. 🤣😂 I wanted to get you to stop a few times. Please do this again - I’m a 1/6th gal all the way.
What do people do with, all that stuff? Doesn't make you wonder? Lol. Speaking of moms! Or mothers I have my mom's carnival glass, just sitting I. Our basement! Because, the collection is so big! I have no place! Too put it! 😢
i wish i did, i live in a small apartment, i have a couple of tables to hold the dioramas, and one i work on, i was thinking of getting rid of my living room and just add tables, but i like my living room :) at least they're easy to store away :)
yup, its a new video, i only premiere new content.... but it's been only a month since i've been there, so maybe some stuff was familiar, i try to go only about once a month to the same thrift store, to make sure theres new stock :)
@@javajesusjournalingwithmelissa I binged a bunch of her videos a few weeks ago and this was one of them. I swear 🥴 oh man .. deja Vu but like... Not in a bad way 🤷🏼♀️

Thanks so much :) i wish i knew what the clear glass things were originally used for, the square ones look like beads?
The little glass things at the end would make a cute fish tank
definitely, i wonder what they were used for originally?
I love shopping with you! I never get tired!!!😄🌼
Awesome, that makes me so happy, because i love thrifting :)
thank you soooooo much :)

that's a great idea!!! thanks so much :)
I would weave the grass/tape into a rug for a conservatory or patio area :)
that's a great idea, i don't think there's much else i could use it for?? maybe i can create a hedge??
That lovely stained glass you missed
i wish i could buy everything i like, but i'm becoming a hoarder :) need to be more selective :)
@@GingerLolaMiniatures lol it's overrated, hoard everything, there will be a time when someone needs it. I joke.
lol.... ok :)
Another great thrifting video! I love the glass things at the end of your video and thought they would look good as cookie jars
Thanks so much! 😊 love that idea, i'm sure they'll be very useful, i wonder what they were used for originally?
Hello from Greece! I am a huge fun of you. I love all of your videos.

@@renaerickson4190 I love depression glassware. My mother gave me a cobalt blue set.
@@BrenovaBlog nice!
I blue, green, maragold!
Thank you
thank you :)
If you glue a couple together maybe lamp bases?
that's what i was thinking and maybe a sconces too? :) i'm sure they'll come in handy :)
Do you have a room or studio dedicated to your dioramas? They can take up a lot of room, like any art
i wish i did, i live in a small apartment, i have a couple of tables to hold the dioramas, and one i work on, i was thinking of getting rid of my living room and just add tables, but i like my living room :) at least they're easy to store away :)
How about a textured wall for the burlap.
hmmmm i'm thinking as an area rug, but i did find other placemats that would be great as a wall accent :)
I see CANDY JARS!
❤😊😎
thank you :)
A goldfish bowl or a cookie jar
i like those ideas :) i want to make some lighting as well :) i think they'll definitely be useful :) i wonder what they were used for originally??
I swear I've watched this one already. Am I going crazy?
Did you watch the premiere?
it's a new video.... it's been a month or so since going back to mission, you might have seen some familiar items on the shelf ??
