Trevor you are a national treasure. And as For Mr Zireva sir you know what you are talking about, we need you to mentor the youths for a better zimbabwe especially in the agricultural sector
This guy is a living legend, with good reputation. He is exporting to the UK direct. I wonder why others say sanctions sanctions. I think we really need to question this sanctions outcry.
Mr Willard V Zireva is a man I grew up reading about in company annual reports and of course in the papers. Its improbable that I might get to meet him in person and that makes this opportunity to have him speak on his first hand experiences in business all the more significant and important to me being a budding professional and businessman myself. Having him on your show is invaluable for me Mr Ncube. Thank you yet again for the exceptional work. I look forward to next week's bill of your show. Cheers. I am going to watch this interview again tomorrow.
I think this one needs a part 2 Trevor. There is a lot of wisdom to be tapped around modeling and managing a business in volatile times, the difference between the 2008 shortages and 2019 where shops were full but prices changing a lot. The impact of perception in the market and a lot more
Great advice from Mr Zireva on harnessing the rivers and on Farming. If only the government could harness the knowledge and skills of such people in farming, banking, civil society, healthcare, education we would be in good hands! Also civilian abductions are real.
First and foremost, thanks Trevor, i always find your conversations enlightening and going beyond the veil of ignorance that at times we possess as people. I like how Mr Zireva is frank and fearless and speaks his mind. A few things i learnt and liked: 1. His leadership style of having an open door policy, if someone want to meet an MD or CEO, that person would surely be convinced something is wrong and it needs his attention. 2. Being an authentic person in a chaotic country is problematic, however remain principled. 3. As a human rights student myself and potential leader in the field, i put the advice he was also given during his fishing trip, ANYONE CAN BE A CANDIDATE OF THE STATE BECAUSE OF YOUR POSITION (position of authority). Thanks Trevor your content makes spending time on the internet a worthwhile. One day is one day i will be a guest of In Conversation with Trevor.
Great interview. What an intelligent, calm and collected visionary Mr. Zireva is. I have respect for his journey and how he was never afraid to question the status quo even before independence. I’ve been inspired!
Trevor is such a great host but i would like to see him being interviewed sometime, i know it will be difficult to get anyone to fill his shoes on the host seat but i'm sure for just one episode we can manage even jake or jill but he needs to be interviewed and tell his story as well.
Thanks Trevor for continuing to bring real people like Mr W Zireva , you know in zimbabwe we have great leaders but its sad we are being lead by mad people politicians zanupf and mdca nxaaaaa.
Mr Ncube, I have followed and listened to all of your previous discussions, every week I look forward to hearing these. In all of them it seems like the discussions get richer in wisdom and knowledge. Kudos to you and your team

Good, but i did not get even an increament for 4 years whilst at OK Zim, him being the CEO. Vaidya mari vakomana ivava, vaienda kuma boat house kuKariba, vachinwa mawhiskey anodhura. Especially time yeGrand Challenge aaaa mallowance avo airwadza, apa oona ndiwe uri kushanda zvakanyanya.

That moment when Trevor said "that's what they always say" really shows you how rotten the system is...
Interesting conversation though !!!
