For a movie series that's enjoyed. Why does the Animated series get overlooked. I look back on my memories of the series. What improvements and issues the series has.

All I remember seeing of the show was biff telling me to read a book.
This was a decent series, definitely worth a watch
The DeLorean transforming isn’t as bizarre when you find out that there actually exists a comic book crossover between Back to the Future and Transformers, lol.

I find this ends up in the "They made a cartoon of a movie and it was silly" category when people talk about it. It comes out as same as Problem Child or Honey IO Shrunk the Kids or Police Academy or MIB or Robo Cop or The Mask or Bill and Ted when people talk about how weird it is that movies get cartoons. Real Ghostbusters being one of the few things to be "No, that show really was good and I saw it before the movie" and Star Wars being one of those things that while it made a LOT of cartoons only "TWO Things Clone Wars and Mandalorian rise up as good.
Back to the Future did a real nice Video Game as well. Both the game and cartoon have great stories to them both different in ways. but over all just like with Batman TAS or Sonic or Spiderman , the ONLY thing MOST people know is what they see in movies. there is a huge crew of people who ONLY watch movies , who consider cartoons and comics to be "For kids" and video games to be "male pixles and electronic beeps" and therefor never watch or read or play them so they ONLY experience movies and also NEVER watch movies older then they are because "All old movies are bad"
So you end up with a ton of people who never watch any thing until you create covid and force them to stay home and watch streaming because DVDs are also lame.
then suddenly there is this explosions of people going OMG Movies are actually good.
but they still don't play games or watch cartoons since they only react to current TV shows not old ones even thought the old ones ARE on Tubi but no one watches that since they only watch Disney +, Netflix and HBO/ Max
over all people have high standards and to them nothing existed before 2010 . like nothing. there was no planet Earth and nothing was on it before 2010 so they don't take any time to learn about it.
Where as when you are older and you grew up on stuff you not only got a lot of real good shows like Back to the Future , you also got a lot of reruns from networks that could only afford Dick Tracey and Fat Albert and Tom and Jery so you also get a lot of old movies.
then some one comes along and makes a reboot and the reboot becomes the on ly thing TV shows . then Hollywood sees people only know reboots so to sell that left over unsold merchandise, they make more reboots so things don't go public domain. then kids see the reboots and they don't know they are reboots so they never watch the older ones and so on.
I looked at the thumb nail and hand to check and see if this was the series I remembered...yep that is not how my brain had storied this.
At first I didn't even think such a show even existed until recently, but after finding out that it actually aired on the FoxBox, I feel like I may have saw glimpses of back in the day either on commercial, or on the air, or both. It does suck that so many kid shows aren't allowed to show guns, and/or death these days anymore. Despite the shows flaws, I am glad that the writers at the end of the day respected the original source material, and I'll definitely check it out since it did come out on DVD not too long ago (here's hoping for a Blu-Ray release too someday)! Maybe for a future FTV review you could check out "Cats Don't Dance", and for a potential WWW review you could do "Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull".

I watched this cartoon when it original aired.
Have you ever done an episode on knight rider 2008? If not could you. The pilot movie was great the rest of the show has ups and downs.
My blu ray release has two episodes of the cartoon,which makes me think there trying to get people to remember it. though I’m just guessing and am definitely wrong,of course since the games release most now treat that as the forth film we never got.

@@rangerreview1780 How about the Spider Man TNAS? It's a CGI series that people don't usually talk about. Originally was suppose to be a adaptation of Ultimate Spider man comics but they change later to fit the Sam Raimi's Spiderman continuity (despite the series itself having elements that contradict the movies)
