Ingredients
unsalted butter (room temperature) ---100g
icing sugar/ sugar powder -- 40g
milk ---1tbsp(20ml)
vanilla extract --- 1/2 tsp
all-purpose flour --- 160g
corn starch --- 25g
dried cranberries --- 35g
Bake in 130c oven for about 50-55 min .
Try not to bake the biscuits to brown. At the last minutes, if they look like changing colour, please cover them with foil paper to avoid over-baked.
