Hi Stephanie. I make a lot of shortbread, it's quite a favourite in my home country, Scotland. Obviously, going to make a few batches at Christmas and will definitely try this recipe for have never made them with cranberries, nor white chocolate. Is it correct that the electric oven has more heat than gas ones?
Is electric oven 20degree higher than gas oven?
I’m sorry but I’ve only used electric ovens and I don’t know if there is a difference between the two types.
I don't have a tart pan. So can I shape it into logs and bake it. How long should I bake them
You can do it that way. Baking time would probably be 10 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness of the cookies.
