First time in 25 years of binge drinking/AUD, I have NO CRAVINGS for Alcohol after being on Naltrexone for 8 days!.......unbelievable....I feel free for the first time in my life.....it is so overwhelming....My relationship with alcohol was abusive and volatile with the illusion of fun and living life......last 5 years through deep meditation and Intermittent fasting, I have been able to completely emotionally release alcohol from my being....spiritually, and now Biologically.....Amazing.
Ashley here: 6 years strong, will be 7 years in May! The Sinclair Method completely changed the game for me. Nearly completely abstinent, may drink once a year, always following the TSM Golden Hour Rule.
Ashely so good to hear from you! I've been wondering how you're doing. So glad you're still going strong. Thanks again for sharing your story with me. Bless you.
Thank you both so much. Ive just learned about TSM this week ( while hungover in bed Thursday w no memory of the night before) I created an acct with OARRX in think that's what it's called. But my Naltrexone has shipped! I'm so hopeful and equally terrified. Im doing this out of utter and total desperation but feeling genuinely ready. Thank you for sharing❤❤❤
Thanks again for sharing Katie. Ashley raised a brilliant point about doing TSM in a “passive” manner. I’m taking Naltrexone “religiously” but as yet haven’t engaged “actively” with the process I don’t think. One of the things I love about TSM is that I don’t feel like I’m in a constant mental battle against alcohol anymore, and yet still have managed to reduce my intake by at least a third. However I may need to start putting a little effort into the process to move towards “extinction”, I don’t know.
Speaking of brilliant points.... That's quite an impressive display of introspection there "LD"! Focus on that because it's highly likely you've just uncovered the key to unlocking the next stage of your progression 👍 that's good stuff brotha!
I loved this one. It's so different watching on the other side of extinction, rather than waiting for it to happen. I really liked the "It's called a method for reason " so true, and if you don't play around with the method you are practically guaranteed success. Thanks to both of you. ( I laughed a lot at Frankenstein running away from the AA too,😂)
Thanks for watching; I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed the video! I wish the Frankenstein metaphor wasn't so spot-on but for now, yeah; that's just the typical response I seem to get. But that can be encouraging in its own right, though: That just shows how much work still remains to be done 🙂
Ashley I just started the sinclair method and I loved ur story, I heard u say u lived in Nola, I'm in baton rouge, hoping I can reach out for support. My boyfriend and family are also skeptical but supportive
It's great that he could leave the naltrexone at home. I couldn't do that. In the beginning I could barely wait the hour after taking the med before drinking
In my opinion I never found hard spirits were never a problem and never made me wanted me to relapse one or 2 then I’ll stop but if you use a good mixer that should help the process
Lol, it is rather difficult to take anything anyone says who is wearing a Marvel Comics t-shirt seriously. This guy is the classic "I live in my mom's basement." I tried but couldn't watch the whole thing however concede that it might make a mediocre sitcom on CBS.
Maybe you need to watch the whole thing to the end...He has a lot to offer...openly sharing his experience, his struggles, and how he overcame them. I can't even believe you focused on the t-shirt....so shallow.
What a negative take. You won't listen to another humans advice due to his choice in a T shirt? Wow, I've encountered small minded people but this may take the cake. I'll pray for your heart while I shake my head.
You're entitled to your opinion, lol. The best way to quit alcohol is to just stop drinking. AA, religion, and other drugs of choice only become new crutches you're addicted to.

How's TSM going for you Joy?
The nausea only lasted a few days for me. I threw it up only a couple times. Nurse recommended I take it at night. It works great!
I'm thrilled you're seeing success using the method Wittski!
