Hi Caleb, I guess I would add is meditation every morning for 30 minutes. the goal is to lower stress, increase focus, regulate emotions. I meditate every day and I work out as well every day. Plus, scale up my programming skills by watching your tutorials and creating projects, very good video.
Caleb, could you please make a video on either Java or Kotlin programming languages? It could be on Android or backend with Spring or Ktor? You tend to make really good tutorials, just an idea thanks.
Not many good RUclips tutorials on Android very few exist, most is on Web development.

Thanks Caleb ,I truly appreciate you sharing your challenges in life and how you changed them to fulfill your life to be happy, revive motivation and be in the positive direction you desire. Very inspiring and I can relate to being in a funk in life and how to reset or redirect your path to being an overall happier person. I also recently read atomic habits and it is extremely helpful to changing habits for the long term. Grateful

Thank you for this valuable sharing. I always struggled with streesful feelings, lost interest in most of the thing, and out of directions in life. But your inspirational talk really comforted my confused mindset alot. You are really the best! Keep up the good work Caleb.

Hey Caleb! just wanted to say thanks for this and all the stuff you do. I have recently come to a similar conclusion about my goals. For the last 6 or so years I have wanted to get into cybersecurity. Did all the studying took Certs bounced around different IT jobs just waiting for the opportunity. Then shortly after getting into the role I wanted I found out I don't really have the same passion for it anymore. I like what I do and where I work but it's just floating along in life.
Then something just kinda changed and I said I want to be a game developer which was a dream job of mine since I was a kid. So re-enrolled at my community college. CSCC btw since you are in Ohio lol. But just finding it so much more enjoyable studying C++ and game engines, hoping to attend some game jams this summer. It's just nice to think of aligning myself with the idea of making games for people and learning about all the new math stuff. I even picked up a MIDI keyboard to play around with making music for games. It's been nice.
Anyway, thanks for what you do!

I'm glad that your journey led you to creating this awesome RUclips content. You are a very talented programming trainer. Learning from you has and will continue to be a pleasure. Having goals and a direction that excites you makes life meaningful. When you focus on the end goal, the struggles become more bearable. No one ever said that life would be easy. :)

Ambient by Barcode Brothers (from 'Swipe Me') sums this up in two verses. Need o go have another listen. I'd post a link but YT doesn't like it or something. Still refer to your C++ pointers videos, mainly because I don't use them enough to remember them completely. 😊

When you upload a video you’re given the option to use the previous videos information as a starting template, I mistakenly forget to remove that section, thanks for that!

This is a great video, but missing one thing in my opinion. In addition to considering the person you want to be, it is essential to consider the person God wants you to be? Do you want to be following God? Because this is the most important thing you can ever do. We have all rebelled against God: lies, theft etc. We all deserve punishment for rebellion against God, which is hell. But Jesus came to die so that we could be forgiven. He took the punishment we deserved, and died in our place. All we need to do is trust in Him and turn away from wrongdoing. That is a reason for joy, and we should obviously consider this is a very high priority in these kinds of discussions!
