I also have an Extrema Ratio Requiem clone....I know this as the handle material is not as described from the original, and it doesn't have the inscription on the top tang of the blade. But, saying this, I cannot complain....for R500 here in South Africa ( approx. $ 30 ), it has certainly held up, holds its edge, easy to sharpen, and extremely strong.
I have a clone Fulcrum 2, and OK the lock does not work. HOWEVER, it is thinner than the original, half as thin, BUT is more useful, fits in the hand perfectly. So what happened is that the Cloners actually said. Man, why use such a thick knife? Let us do an EDC folder on the basis of Extrema Ratio. Something people would enjoy using. Does not need to be same as original, but should be good. And that is what happened. I recently bought a CRTK M16-13 Spec Ops folder. And guess what, the ER Clone seems better in haptics, in durability and form. So there you have it. Clones are not bad at all.
You being a knife distributor makes you bias by default. A clone costs you money. I watched a man cut 2x4’s in half with a $30 microtech clone and didn’t break it. I have a extrema ratio mamba clone I’ve been carrying for almost 4 years and it’s still holding up as good or better than my real extrema. Just like my microtech clones vs my real microtech’s I haven’t had 1 clone break on me to this day, and I haven’t spent more than 30 to 40 bucks on them. I bet you don’t pay full price for your "real" knives because you get em wholesale. I bet any of those knives in this video would hold up under the same amount of stress as the real deal. Only downside which isn’t really a downside if you think about it, the clones are probably D2 or aus8 instead of the N690 or m390 and the good part about that is we can use a regular sharpener to put the edge back on instead of haven’t to pay someone to sharpen out blades or buy a $600 dollar knife sharpening tool. Let me find a place to buy my knives wholesale and I’ll stop buying clones all together, but I won’t buy a clone unless I have the real deal first. I’d rather try and break a $30 dollar knife before I break a $300 dollar knife.
Medford praetorian and benchmade bugout and cold steel spartan clones are pretty incredible. I’m not condoning it but if you are kinda poor and you know your buying a fake, they are almost like the real thing so you can get a feel of what they feel like in hand before you save up all that hard earned money and find out the hard way you don’t like it.

I agree the Medfors Clone I had at one point as well was pretty amazing for the price. I'm guilty of owning a few in my knife history. lol
I just bought an EXTREMA Ratio clone from Amazon
Lets see a photo when you have it
