Is this treatment really effective or are you using it because not only is it incredibly attractive but it can replace ordinary (standard PRP) which is not getting the best feedback any longer with the emergence of social media where patients can share their "REAL" results with others all over the world in an instant and discuss it on places like RUclips. And also another reason you are using it, is because it's mega expensive for a session?

The donor hairs regrow and hairs on the scalp will also grow. I'm not even saying that it's true but many people including celebreties went there with results. 1. What should you do if Finasteride is not working?
For context: I've been on finasteride for around 8 months and have lost significant amount of hair however, it probably slowed down the rate of loss a little bit.
You stated that it takes 6 months to see results and stability. In my case, there is no regrowth of hair and no stability.
Furthermore, both sides of my family only have some thinning hair which is to be expected for men who are 50+ but no one is bald or have excessive thinning.
I have diffuse thinning on the top and sides of my head but not the back. The hairline is nw1.
    2. So, what other causes of hairloss could it be if it isn't genetic (for someone in my case) and what should I do about it?
    Thank you very much

Well finasteride is an enzyme blocker that stops or slows down hair miniaturization and minoxidil stimulates hair growth. You need minoxidil to initiate hair growth and thicken up the current hairs.
I would get some blood work finding out where you are by asking these doctors here where you could get a test done.
Diffuse thinning is a bit sporadic hair loss so talking to a specialist is key.
I've been using a combo of minoxidil/finasteride serum for a few months now and has work wonders on my hair growing out nicely.

That's tough brother and it depends how much balding has progressed. If you still got good hair on the back of your head then that would be the donor part to be transplanted.
