I’m making everything you present. They are all hits! I made the Kale and bean soup and it was all the rage at home. I will be making this one too omg.
This is so easy and absolutely yum😋 I liquidise half a can of cannellini beans to make it thicker and I tip in a bag of baby spinach leaves at the end instead of using kale. I warn you, you can’t eat just one bowl☺️
The meat lover in me will be adding ground beef as well. Not traditional but boy oh boy this looks great. Love all your recipes especially those buffalo wings! Did I mention that me and family love that buffalo wing recipe! Lol
I like to add a parmesan rind to soups like this when I cook on the stove, and then remove at the end. It adds great flavor. Have you ever tried this in an instant pot and do you think it would withstand pressure cooking?
Hmm, I am not sure why your wasn't as thick if you used a full cup. You could decrease the liquid by 1/2 cup in the future if you wanted. But I am glad you enjoyed :)
Not sure if I misunderstood or if there's an error in the amount of broth; i "think" I heard you say SIX cups, but, the recipe calls for FOUR cups. Which or does it matter? Thanks much. Y'all Be Safe~
I actually make dried beans all the time in my instant pot. But for the beans to soften and have enough cooking time, they should be cooked first. Here are instructions: amindfullmom.com/instant-pot-beans/
And another winner! Can't wait to make this.
Enjoy!

I love hearing this!
You took another simple soup and really enhanced it with depth and flavor. I like how you were generous on the seasonings. Will definitely make this!
Hope you enjoy :)
A wonderful hearty soup for these cold winter days.
It really is! I hope you enjoy it!
Comfort food ready to go for those cold days 😊
Hope you enjoy and stay home!

You absolutely can add the rind! If I have it on hand, I do the same.
I made this and t was very delicious. I used 1 cup of the pasta but it didn't come out thick like the picture

@@AMindFullMom yes I think I will use less liquid. Thank you 😊

It is 6 cups of broth :) I will be sure the recipe reflects that.
@AMindFullMom Thank you. I have it on my Def make list. It'll taste great during this winter storm that's hit the past 2-3 days!!
Y'all be safe!!
Stay warm and safe yourself!@@raymondschneider5217
A bit disappointed. It would be nice to be able to do this from dry beans ,not canned. Is that not the advantage of using instapot?
