A tip- after gluing the fabric on, you can lightly score it between the stitching lines with an exacto knife then go ever so harder to give yourself a tab at the end. Pull on that tab and the fabric will come up along the line you just scored. Far easier than scissors which I did try at first and had a hard time with.
This is such a change! Love it, very nice and thanks for showing us how to execute the entire process
Brilliant!
thank you very much for another great pattern, this will be a very stylish bag😊
Thanks for the pattern Tony! FYI to other subscribers...when using the small stitching helpers be very careful as not to scratch the leather because they are very sharp, Also, do not press the brass, spring part to tight to the leather. They will leave a small, round impression in the leather but, they are a big help in holding the leather pieces together for stitching. 👜
Great tip!
Yet another brilliant tutorial and awesome bag Tony !
Love this man, thank you❤
No need to worry about the like button. i hit the like button before even watch the video 😉
Been watching more of you videos, every time I learn something new. Love your style! When my new shop is done I'm looking forward to trying out some of you patterns. Thanks for taking the time to make videos.

I love this bag build Tony I can't wait to get started on it brother 👏🏿 💯
Tony! This is an exciting design! So many ways to customize it!! Thank you too for the quick-release “buckle” design! I’ll be incorporating this feature on other builds as well 👍🏼
Very Classy Tony. Yes, we women love pockets and zippers, so don't skip them, lol. Thank you again for another great video and pattern
That is a stunning bag!! 😮
Вот почему я люблю это ремесло, можно создавать маленькие шедевры своими руками
Love this bag
Muchas gracias por enseñar los procesos en la confección de esta cartera.
Good idea for leatherwork
It’s so nice to watch you stitch the same way as me. Left handed ?
I liki liki like it, thx
Hi Tony could you let me know the make of glue you used to attache the fabric to the leather. I have had problems with the fabric detaching and wrinkling. Love the pattern.
Love that bag, how is professor Tony, i miss that guy
Bonjour
Qu utilisez vous pour teindre les tranches ?
How do you find the hardware kit on the linked page? It doesnt show for me
A3 veya A1 kağıt formatı varsa gönderebilir misiniz?
Also what edge beveler are you using?
By chance do you have a link to the leather?
I am almost at the final assembly stage and do want to do the glue step for the two main pieces but am concerned if I don't get the holes lined up perfectly it will ruin the whole thing. I did consider stitching the inside row all the way round first and then carefully applying some glue, any input or suggestions from anyone who has made this themself? Love the pattern though, can't wait to finish it and hope my wife likes it :)
Use toothpicks to line up a few holes to get things straight.
Hi Tony, what is the name/brand of the glue you use for your leather work?
Looks like Fiebings
Tony Thank you for the beautiful pattern. i have one question, how can i make a smaller size? 🙏
Print your pattern at a smaller size. 90% or whatever you want. If you go smaller you may want to use a bit thinner leather especially on the handles and use a smaller diameter rope for the handles.
Can someone please tell me the best type of fabric to use for these projects and exactly what glue to use to glue the fabric to the leather. Also how to stop the glue from spoiling or soaking thru the fabric. I've asked several times, but haven't had an answer. Would appreciate a response from someone who has done this. Thank you
Spray on contact adhesive does not soak through fabric as bad as brush on and is easier to do thin coats with. Duck canvas cloth works well and comes in a great variety of patterns/colors.
If you do things out of order, youre gonna have a bad time
Шикарно
I notice you often use wax over the holes, can I ask what the benefit is?
Keeps your hole punch from getting plugged. The wax makes the leather bits pass through the punch easier. And easier to pull the punch out of the leathervas well.
@@fredthegreg thank you. Is there any particular kind of wax that is preferable?
@renee9605 the cheap kind. I personally don't use it much but any inexpensive candle would work.
Good video, I guess I need to made 3 of those 🤔 good explanations, no you don't talk too much, please talk more 🙂
