Interesting and thanks for the video. However, why not using the function "frying sensor" for allowing the system to keep constant the T. I see that this model is equipped with it and would be nice to see how it is performing with this device
Hello, Thank you for your question. There are a few things I would recommend thinking about when deciding between a 80 cm and 90 cm hob. What cooking dishes/pans you can use on the two different sizes? Is there a certain cooking style that requires a larger surface area? For example, teppan yaki. When your thinking about style, does your hob need to be inline with a wall unit or base unit? I hope this helps you when deciding. Kind regards, Leah Morris.

Most of the world season (salt) their steaks before grilling it. But if you go to your favorite food place MacDonalds then you get to salt the food afterwards
i guess better don't season anything. season when the steak is ready to eat. sorry the message came too late😅. i just bought the grillplate and can't wait to try!
An this be used outdoors?,..in an outdoor BBQ area, or outdoor kitchen?

My question is? Does it taste better then pan frying? Does it taste like a steak from the BBQ. I love steak. Would you recommend this for me?
Yes, it definitely tastes better than a frying pan :))) I would recommend using the griddle if you want chargrilled meat and vegetables.
Your never going to hit that smokey flavor associated with coal/charcoal/wood without first smoking it many ways to do this indoors.
I couldn't hear because of the sizzle. Also, I wanted to see how the steak came out. It would've been nice to cut it and show.
Thank you for your feedback, we will take this on board for future videos. Kind regards, Leah Morris.
where can i buy this grill plate?

Where does all the fat from the steak go?
everywhere :D
Hahaha I was about to say the same
What fat?
I have to stop this. Salting before grilling? No, please no!
Try to spice it either 24 hrs before cooking and put it back in the fridge or 40 minutes before cooking and leaving it at room temperature.
