You're crazy. The hearing protection act will pass, and we can all have fully automatic glocks with suppresors we can buy at gas stations. My friend told me so.
You are absolutely correct about the 2A news channels. It’s news fatigue of “THE NFA IS OVER” and “2A IS OVER.” It’s exhausting. Also, I don’t fault you for the SBR thing, as a fairly public figure and considering your employer. Keep doing what you are doing.
And sadly, both are federal jurisdiction, so they can get immediate access to me when they feel like it. Thanks for watching and the kind words, I appreciate it.
You are correct about the nature of the average "American" being a NARC, sadly. My neighbor ratted me out for having my garbage can "too early", what will he do about a potential firearm violation? We have to face facts, the spirit of the American Revolution is long since gone in most.
Thanks for the upload former dolphin, sent to a friend who needed to see this 👍 Also I didn't heed you're warning and that gopro clip gave me a mild headache
Thank you for calling out the clickbait bullshit coming out of these RUclipsrs. I'm so sick and tired of hearing my gun friends act like the days of the NFA are numbered because of their confirmation bias. Anyway, on a completely lighthearted note, I actually enjoy seeing your lovely cats interrupt the video.
Good point about Fed time. The main way to knock time off seems to be sentence reductions through cooperation in the prosecution of others. So Hoover's friends (and anyone) should be wary of him.
Pretty sick how that prosecutor made the judge lock him up before the sentencing. Matt did check with his local agent to verify the legality of said card. They said it was good to go. Things changed. If I was a guntuber that did a forced reset trigger, I’d be pooping my pants.
Yeah that was trash. I've seen it happen before, but for violent offenders. There was obviously zero violence here so.....wondering what they precedent for it is. Also doesn't bode well for sentencing if the judge agreed to it.
Never ask random cops if something you're doing is legal or not. That's not for them to say or declare. Furthermore usually feds will not answer said question because of the incredible liability it places on themselves and their agency. I doubt he got anything in writing or on video which makes the claim itself legally dubious at best. The whole thing is ridiculous but very predictable.
1. A prosecutor "made" a judge lock him before the sentencing? That happens all the time for non-white millionaires. And prosecutors can't make judges do anything. The person a prosecutor fears most is the judge he's in front of at the moment. They are real ball busters who have a huge impact on their careers and cases. When judges do it, they almost always add credit for time served. The other guy has been in jail for over a year. Theoretically, the sentences are served concurrently (at the same time) and the longest one is ten years, he would get for the one year already in jail so he would only have to spend another nine in jail (assuming he didn't get any compassionate release, good behavior, or clemency). 2. There is some nuance to CRS checking to see the legality of the product. The government doesn't tell you "yes" or "no" on simple phone call. They could have gone and asked for a determination letter like many other companies do all the time. In fact, the fact that Matt had doubts was used against him at trial.
@@newerest1 Yeah it would which is why the ATF hasn't arrested anyone for illegal possession of an SBR when they're in possession of a braced AR. Obviously they can change their minds but as you're currently seeing they have to offer people a chance to comply with the new "rule" before it goes into effect. It's bullshit but it is what it is. An official document in writing from the ATF or doj would have helped his case immensely. it very well could have prevented the entire case and in fact probably would have because the ATF would have most likely just told him that it was illegal and he wouldn't have promoted it.
I have the all caps screaming headlines in the gun-tuber new realm. Glad you called it out. Hope that there can be culture shift. I swear anytime I go to a shooting event people are screeching about these same specific videos where there is no actual progress or new reported on. It makes me tired to go to community events unless its just me and some people above the BS.

Every single Armed Scholar title be like, "We literally just beat the NFA AGAIN" and then proceed to ramble on about shit for like 5 minutes and he uploads like 5 videos a day sometimes.
Lol yup. And there was no victory. That or "Supreme court 6-3 decision....." bud....we know it's fuckin Bruen. Just say Bruen. What a desperate grifter he is.
I never knew Matt until he did a video about me. He definitely got a raw deal. The prosecution really F’ed up here, but gotta agree with everything you’ve said here.
Great video, big concur. A couple of points you touched on but I wanted to reiterate: 1) I'm sick and tired of blowhards on the internet running their suck about my decisions when they have absolutely jack and shit invested in my outcomes. If I take their advice and DO NOT COMPLY, are they going to foot the bill for my lawyer? Are they going to look after my kids when I'm doing 10-25 in Federal prison? lol no. 2) Why are people angrily typing DO NOT COMPLY on the internet about pistol braces? My Brother in Christ, if you put a pistol brace on your AR you have already complied. If you were all about that DO NOT COMPLY life you would have thrown a M4 stock on your pistol like a real man. 3) What exactly does mass DO NOT COMPLY do for the greater pro-gun movement? Let's assume best case scenario and every dude with a braced pistol in the closet does absolutely nothing on May 31st and the FTAFT gets zero takers on their amnesty. Okay ... what now? The FTAFT now has checkmated millions of firearms into staying in closets and created millions of incipient felony cases just waiting to be triggered one at a time when it's politically most expedient. Doesn't sound like much of a win to me. Take the other extreme, the FTATF is flooded with a brazillion form 1s and is choked to the point where they take a year to process them all. Well, that sounds like these things are in "common use", now doesn't it? Wasn't there a Supreme Court ruling recently with that verbiage front and center? That might be important. I'm honestly still not sure what exactly I'm going to do with the deadline looming. But I'm not going to judge anyone for taking the form 1 amnesty.
"common use" is nonsense made up by mystics in black robes. Shall not be infringed means shall not be infringed, whether common use or not. But fake pro2A channels tell you to cheer for SCROTUS upholding infringements....and most people do.
I can't believe that even got a response from Guns n Gadgets. I sure couldn't get a response from him when Missouri was struggling to pass SAPA and he absolutely REFUSED to either answer me or talk about supporting SAPA. I think he ultimately talked about it like once. The most important gun rights legislation in history, since the 2nd amendment itself, and he wouldn't come out early and often to support it. It's alright tho, we're Missourians...We did the sh*t without his help.
And you will find that's often the case with him. Unless there's money in it for him or he is covering a topic that four boxes diner uploaded 8 hours before him. He's not interested.
@@navyman8903 ... Yeah I know. I called him out many times about it. His platform is enormous and had SAPA failed here, he would have been partly to blame in my mind. There were many gun channels that either didn't understand the gravity of this new law(at the time a bill), or they just didn't care because it wasn't in their state. But what they don't understand, is that the monumental importance of this law will eventually help those other states follow Missouri and make themselves just as free. After the federal government stops sueing the state of Missouri, and Missouri ultimately wins, other states will then have the go ahead to replicate this law for themselves. That's what these idiotic gun channels do not seem to get. Iraq veteran was another one. They talked about it once also and never brought it up again. But as I said, we did that sh*t.
Yes, from multiple angles and it's wrong that it's a drawing.......that doesn't even work either when you machine it out. But there are already other cases that put us here too. The whole thing is dumb and I hate it.
The legally scary part of I understand it correctly. The conspiracy charge for raising money for the legal defense of the other man involved. If that's true, could it not be used to charge ppl with conspiracy for funding GOA??
@@2A_W3ND1G0 man I sure hope. Those guys got a bad deal and I almost came to tears hearing about the verdict. I so damn tired of us taking Ls on our God Given rights. When does it end?!?!?
I watched this entire saga play out from start to finish and while I completely disagree with the NFA on every level --the law is what it is and anyone with half a brain could have seen this coming from a mile away and he should have never gotten involved with this stupid thing. Now i will say i at least thought that the lightning link was etched in such a way that you could more easily cut it out, I'm surprised it was just a drawing on metal. At what point is owning blocks of steel and a bridgeport going to become "constructive intent"? And also, people are saying "oh Matt did this so that we could be more free" and lets be honest. Thats not true. If thats what he was really doing he could have just told people that they could easily 3d print the same device without breaking any laws himself. He supported this stupid product to make a quick buck. And on the subject of click bait "guntube lawyers" it should be noted that only one court in our country can actually set a national precedent and thats SCOTUS. They write titles like "this case will eliminate the NFA!" About random court cases in the 9th circuit that havent even gone through the appeals process. Fact of the matter is that we're unlikely to get rid of the nfa, best case scenario is streamlining it or something like that. Honestly, i doubt we'll even get that. I don't want to bring everyone else down with me but im feeling pretty black pilled right now and I genuinely think the Democrats are going to have a major victory in 2024 especially if the Republican party cant get a consistent message out about how they're going to actually solve the issues facing working families rather than just constantly harping on culture war bullshit and saying "hurr durr the Democrats r bad and if we waz in power we'd be supportin' ur gun rights lol come n take it" meanwhile when they're actually in power they don't do jack shit except talk about culture war bullshit some more. I don't care about Dylan Mulvaney. I care about inflation, loss of American jobs, a worsening recession, etc. But I never hear anyone on our side put forth actual solutions. Just rhetoric. And with the pistol brace thing...i kinda think we might be able to get it overturned especially if they arrest someone for possession of an unregistered sbr when its a gun with a brace that was previously considered legal. I doubt we'll get it overturned before that happens. I also agree with you and cokeman, if you wanna do illegal shit just don't film it for clout. Not everything has to get posted online...
I hope you're wrong about 2024 honestly. But unless everyone gets serious and considers the democrats a serious threat/contender then they will lose. Every major loss in history can be attributed to 1 of 2 things. Logistics or not taking your enemy/opponent seriously enough. I think you're right about the NFA also. I think the Four Boxes Diner approach is the only method to get to a victory. Which will be slow and incremental. Everyone wants a massive victory, but that's not how this is going to be won unfortunately.
One point about your post: the republicans control the House, not the Senate. The House is already doing things to try and help working class families, but everything they do to help, and yes, the culture wars stuff is part of that, and got at least one state out of the grasp of the left for a few year because of the insanity of the trans garbage. But anything they pass will be DOA in the Senate, because the Democrats are hell bent on destroying the country. The House is holding a vote to block the BATFE’s enforcement of this brace garbage, but when it passes (along party lines with some R’s not voting to give them cover because they are RINOS), it will have to go to Biden to sign it, and he won’t.
They keep changing it around. They've changed it about 3 times since I've been going there over the years. I like the facility though and they don't give me any stress.
What happened to Matt is absolutely disgusting. The ATF literally told him it was okay go ahead and make the key card. Their own experts couldn't make a working machine gun using the drawings, yet they convicted him for a b.s. made up crime. Hopefully his conviction is overturned on appeal.
I hope it's overturned as well. I genuinely don't think this judge will do it. Especially since she agreed to pre-sentencing detention. But we'll have to see.
@@navyman8903 Agreed. Matt's best chance now is on appeal. Just boils my blood that criminals are running around with Glock switches and they focus their energy on Matt. The ATF and DOJ are a complete joke.
Just like January 6th they will continue too break the law until we stop it, I think they intend to do as much damage as they can until Biden is out , as far as Matt he should of stayed off the internet if he had a lawyer he didn't give him very good advice.
You do know that he specifically told the "zero fucks given" crowd exactly how to turn the item into a machine gun, right? The ATF couldn't get it to work initially because-as the expert testified to on the witness stand-they used a full M-16 bolt carrier group and not an SP-1 bolt carrier group as lightning links actually require those.
@@johngalt234 so that excuses the BATFE, and the government, for violating the Constitution? Every citizen should be a member of the ‘zero fucks given crowd’ when it comes to the government (federal, state, local) violating the rights the American citizens.
So many guys who were around when CRS was doing this were telling him exactly what was going to happen... It truly just sucks. None of this had to happen, but CRS got off on the views. I personally quit watching him because he became such a a deuschbag.... But Having said that no one deserves that much time in prison. In a cell, away from his family. So needless. It's like telling a guy not to poke that snake because it WILL bite you, and that guy turns around and laughs at you... Then he gets bit and cries because a wild animal did what it does. The whole situation was stupid.
Completely agree. The situation was stupid and avoidable. But this is where we are at, I don't want to see the ATF win. Which they're deeply invested in and couldn't tolerate someone getting away with something. Even if it was a drawing on a metal card.
Comparing the AFT to wild animals is horrible example. Wild animals are generally creatures of habit. Even snakes. But the DOUCHEBAGS we know as the AFT flip flop, change definitions, make rules that don't fit the definition of law, and then enforce them as law. You didn't wanna watch his videos, that's fine an dandy. But you should save the name calling for the trash that deserve it.
The fundamental difference between Matt's position (it's just a picture) and a company like Grunt Style that has a t-shirt with the auto key card drawings is that the t-shirt is clearly just a picture.
@@johngalt234 sure, just roll over every time they pass unconstitutional laws. You should just go ahead and turn your guns in since you already know that’s the endgame.
I think the whole “admission of guilt” thing comes from the ATF saying “hey you’re currently breaking the law, submit paperwork of your illegally built SBR” and then people saying “OK ATF you’re right I’ll send in paperwork of my illegal SBR”.
I can see that, but I also didn't sign an affidavit stating I was in violation of the law and the paperwork I filed didn't indicate as much either. I get that it might sound like semantics but it's not where the law is concerned here.
I remember people getting mad at Clint Smith like a year ago when he made a comment that you should do a sbr if you want a short gun, implying that you are at the mercy of the ATF with braces and that its a matter of time befor they take them away. Turns out he was right, because this was obvious this was going to happen, just didnt know when. Shocked it took this long to be honest. Thanks for stressing the message of not being stupid and not being a martyr
@NAVYMAN8903 yeah I don't remember the exact quote but that's how I ingested it. Sucks it's happening but getting smart and playing the long game is what wins, not bitching. Need more people spreading this
He's essentially describing what Missouri did inorder to ultimately pass SAPA. Now Missouri is the free'est state in the land. All other states who love their freedom, should look to Missouri and copy to the T, exactly what that state did and replicate it.
I'm going to add something to your pistol brace section. I ride a motorcycle. If I'm coming up to a green light and I see and can almost feel that the person in their car that's coming up to a red light isn't going to stop, I slow down. In the end if he or she hits me, well their in the wrong. I may lose my legs and end up in a wheelchair. But they were wrong. great I guess I win the internet for the day but they were wrong. I'm still in a wheelchair so I guess I "won?". Anyone can talk tough online or to their friends. But when your in jail and now paying for a lawyer while your out of work you what? "Win?".
I have mixed feelings on this whole CRS thing. Everything I have seen for this event shows he tried to follow the law. But his actions during the court case being heard and his decision to deal with this Irvin fellow are poor judgement. 🤷🏻♂️
Yes to both. I don't want to see him go down for something so stupid, but there are other stupid things along the way. The whole thing is dumb honestly.
What got me was the fact that he didn't use basic common sense when it came to his court case. He posted a video on 1/20/23 titled "You Will Never Believe How Bad This Is." In it, he said that, because most people plead guilty, that skews the prosecution's track record of a 97% conviction rate. He said that he wasn't going to plead out because statistically he would have better luck of winning if he took the case to the trial. That denies a basic fundamental fact: prosecutors don't bring cases unless they are convinced they will win. A major reason why people actually plead guilty is because the evidence shows that they are in fact guilty of a crime. Matt knows what he did; he just doesn't view it as a crime. On March 28, 2021 after he was arrested, Matt made a video titled "Response video To Johnny B’s Auto Key Card Video." In it, he said that the auto key card was awesome _"because it it was a novelty or because it was-if you were an SOT holder-it was a great resource for where you could get machine gun parts."_ He knew full well what he was doing.
@@johngalt234 So how was this prosecutor convinced that she'd win? I really don't understand. Unless they threatened/paid for a verdict. Letter of the law says single function blah blah.... part OR combination of parts for converting. The law doesn't say "or material from which parts can be made". There was no part OR parts. There COULD be parts, but there wasn't. Am I missing something? His lawyers even had letters (used in the motion to dismiss, and apparently not read by the "judge") written from the king douchebags themselves, saying similar and partially (but not finished) completed parts did NOT fall under definition of machine gun. Therefore, he didn't view it as a crime.... BECAUSE IT WASNT A CRIME.
1. He was charged and convicted of a conspiracy. A conspiracy involves two or more people (in this case, Ervin and Hoover) agreeing to do something illegal and at least one person in that conspiracy taking at least one overt step toward that goal. For Matt's part, he agreed to keep selling and promoting the product for a fee *_even after_* he knew that Ervin was arrested and his AutoKeyCards were seized. (That is part of his "zero fucks given" attitude, and it bit him in the ass. Most reasonable people would have just walked away.) As for the overt criminal act? Ervin structured his payments to keep his business going. That is everything that a prosecutor needs for a conspiracy charge. As for the other charges, they are "icing on the cake." All it takes is one felony. 2. At a federal criminal jury trial, neither side is arguing the law in front of the jury. Arguments about the law happen months in advance when either side files motions with the court. When game day comes, all the lawyers are doing in front of a jury is showing evidence and testimony about factual events (I saw, I heard, I did). The judge then tells the jury what the law is, gives them a series of instructions, and sends them to a jury room. It is up to them to decide if the facts and law match. The defense made the same argument you did months ago and lost. If they had another judge, they might have won. That is what appellate courts are for. Matt's argument (one before _Bruen_ and one after): storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.flmd.398039/gov.uscourts.flmd.398039.95.0.pdf storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.flmd.398039/gov.uscourts.flmd.398039.101.0.pdf The Government's response: storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.flmd.398039/gov.uscourts.flmd.398039.103.0.pdf The Court's answer: storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.flmd.398039/gov.uscourts.flmd.398039.141.0.pdf
The good thing about these states ignoring Bruen will build more case law precedent when they’re overturned. The CRS deal should be challenged on 1st, 2nd amendments etc.
In short this seems to be the time to tread lightly and keep quiet but watch closely. Recent events have me wondering what's gonna happen next for better or worse. Continue to fight the good fight but I would cross T's and dot I's cause the Aft is a cornered, Wounded animal at the moment. Can't fix things in a metal cage.

I think once they serve their time and possibly go through a program, when they're done, they're done. Back to normal life. I don't see a purpose for ending someone's life for a mistake like that. But it is situationally dependent. There are people who make decisions at corporate levels that directly harm/cause medical issues/kill people, then they get charged with non-violent white collar crimes. When they were directly responsible. So if they could carve it out like that, I would be good with it. Matt is a good example, he hurt absolutely no one. There was zero violence, and he went peacefully when arrested by the US Marshals. I see zero reason he should be deprived of his rights. But that's me. I know some people will disagree with that.

Ok, this has been driving me crazy for seven movies now, and I know you're going to roll your eyes, but hear me out: Harry Potter should have carried a 1911. Here's why: Think about how quickly the entire WWWIII (Wizarding-World War III) would have ended if all of the good guys had simply armed up with good ol' American hot lead. Basilisk? Let's see how tough it is when you shoot it with a .470 Nitro Express. Worried about its Medusa-gaze? Wear night vision goggles. The image is light-amplified and re-transmitted to your eyes. You aren't looking at it--you're looking at a picture of it. Imagine how epic the first movie would be if Harry had put a breeching charge on the bathroom wall, flash-banged the hole, and then went in wearing NVGs and a Kevlar-weave stab-vest, carrying a SPAS-12. And have you noticed that only Europe seems to a problem with Deatheaters? Maybe it's because Americans have spent the last 200 years shooting deer, playing GTA: Vice City, and keeping an eye out for black helicopters over their compounds. Meanwhile, Brits have been cutting their steaks with spoons. Remember: gun-control means that Voldemort wins. God made wizards and God made muggles, but Samuel Colt made them equal. Now I know what you're going to say: "But a wizard could just disarm someone with a gun!" Yeah, well they can also disarm someone with a wand (as they do many times throughout the books/movies). But which is faster: saying a spell or pulling a trigger? Avada Kedavra, meet Avtomat Kalashnikova. Imagine Harry out in the woods, wearing his invisibility cloak, carrying a .50bmg Barrett, turning Deatheaters into pink mist, scratching a lightning bolt into his rifle stock for each kill. I don't think Madam Pomfrey has any spells that can scrape your brains off of the trees and put you back together after something like that. Voldemort's wand may be 13.5 inches with a Phoenix-feather core, but Harry's would be 0.50 inches with a tungsten core. Let's see Voldy wave his at 3,000 feet per second. Better hope you have some Essence of Dittany for that sucking chest wound. I can see it now...Voldemort roaring with evil laughter and boasting to Harry that he can't be killed, since he is protected by seven Horcruxes, only to have Harry give a crooked grin, flick his cigarette butt away, and deliver what would easily be the best one-liner in the entire series: "Well then I guess it's a good thing my 1911 holds 7+1." And that is why Harry Potter should have carried a 1911.
I unfollowed all the guntubers that started only talking about politics. I understand it’s important to stay informed but I watch your channel because of the guns not because our views on politics align.
Much as I disagree with the political/legal solution you regularly bring up I do admit it would absolutely work given a sufficiently organized and motivated base of men, provided it actually accounts for the full breadth of the consequences anyway. My reason for disagreement is zero faith in genpop to wake up in any worthwhile timeframe to react, nor that those methods would be truly allowed to be effective given the history of our enemy, and certainly not without a severe response. I guess that's why you encourage as many randos as possible rather than organize a focused group though. I want to believe there's a path to win but no matter the form of the fight it always comes down to other people, and our people care more about morality - even a false one - over all other things and so will never tolerate anything less than a literal God among men righting the world. The fact we even bother to ask if this guy did anything wrong when accused by an organization of pedos, murderers, and the most rotten criminals is proof enough of that. But bad as it is, it's still not always in our face, in person, and personal to us every day, and so may be perpetually temporarily ignored for all the things that ease the strain. I hope there are others out there with the capability, foresight, and sense to have an actionable plan and keep their goddamn mouths shut and their noses clean till they can take the fight on their terms because as far as I can find from youtube to Odysee to Rumble and even 4chan, we're all just talking in circles hoping someone has a way out, yet every day the walls get a little bit closer.

It was an incredibly stupid move that put him and his family in this situation. When you have others to think about you have to act differently. But I agree with you. I hate the legal principal for sure, and don't want them to win. But he put himself in this situation. It's dumb all the way around. And even if he wins and gets out of Jail/prison.....his life is over.
Hm he wasn't breaking any laws though. Though the law works that whoever can convince the judge/jury best wins even if its not according to the law. The card was undersized (though the prosecution side still could make it use able since heck you can do anything with metal), he wasn't selling them but just shouting a guy out. Sucks real hard and man they are really putting him over the coals. And defiantly was a dumb move which in all honestly his channel is full of for better or worse lol. I did really like his channel though even with me personally disagreeing a lot. Found him to act or come to a conclusion before letting things cook thinking objectively and critically of his own ideas which now got him into this mess ultimately.
@@TierNone_LarperatoR To be frank it is considered illegal (could be state dependent though). You cant discharge a firearm within city limits or out of city limits to a certain state set distance. You can't freely discharge a firearm outside of a range, or self defense. You discharging a firearm whether by negligence or purposely would be considered illegal given you are in city limits not in farm country where laws differ state to state also. Not legal advice btw lol.
Everyone has to evaluate their own situation and then decide what is right for them (like in every other situation). Going to be an interesting time in June and see which you tubers are still using braced pistols. I am curious to see how many will acknowledge their decision publicly and who will just try to keep the status quo and act like nothing has happened. My decision was easy, I have a family who depends on me and I’ve invested a lot of money and time in my chosen hobby. I already have registered NFA items. How would I explain to my family and child I’m going away because I didn’t feel like paying $50 to register my “illegal” item?? Sometimes you have to play the game, otherwise the game will play you.
@@johngalt234 determination letters? Those wouldn't hold up in the court lol, it's funny you think it would.

Great video, big concur. A couple of points you touched on but I wanted to reiterate:
1) I'm sick and tired of blowhards on the internet running their suck about my decisions when they have absolutely jack and shit invested in my outcomes.
Excellent points.
The CRS case just makes me sick to my stomach.
Yes, from multiple angles and it's wrong that it's a drawing.......that doesn't even work either when you machine it out. But there are already other cases that put us here too. The whole thing is dumb and I hate it.

I really love it. It's an excellent pistol.

Cokeman made a good point over the CRS shit....
I remember people getting mad at Clint Smith like a year ago when he made a comment that you should do a sbr if you want a short gun, implying that you are at the mercy of the ATF with braces and that its a matter of time befor they take them away.

Guns N Gadgets is a tool...wish mote knew about LE background and why he abruptly left, wasnt his choice or what he hints at....
I figured there was more to that and it wasn't what he was selling. Probably the same with his Navy career to a point. But I'm sure more will come out.
What's the story?
I can’t stand armed scholar, I unsubed him a long time ago. Every time YT recommends his videos, it pisses me off.
Same and I've even taken the step of clicking "don't recommend his channel." And I STILL get it in my feed.

You're right about that. And you're probably also correct about the ATF. They'll be headhuntering soon I'm sure.

Sick’em brotha!!! Good stuff as usual! Gonna upset all the fanboys lol they can pound sand. What is your opinion on non violent felons having firearms?
Pretty well said. Take care of those kitties!
Thanks, and always do.
He did call the local ATF before filming and they said it wasn’t a problem. He didn’t get it in writing however. Not smart but still.

CRS? What the hell is a CRS? Anybody?
Ok, this has been driving me crazy for seven movies now, and I know you're going to roll your eyes, but hear me out: Harry Potter should have carried a 1911.
Here's why:
Think about how quickly the entire WWWIII (Wizarding-World War III) would have ended if all of the good guys had simply armed up with good ol' American hot lead.
I can see it now...Voldemort roaring with evil laughter and boasting to Harry that he can't be killed, since he is protected by seven Horcruxes, only to have Harry give a crooked grin, flick his cigarette butt away, and deliver what would easily be the best one-liner in the entire series:
"Well then I guess it's a good thing my 1911 holds 7+1."
And that is why Harry Potter should have carried a 1911.
I unfollowed all the guntubers that started only talking about politics. I understand it’s important to stay informed but I watch your channel because of the guns not because our views on politics align.
Be more like Coke, do a few shots before filming these

I'd love to see the NFA go byebye, but it'll stick around if for no other reason than it's a source of revenue to the Fed for the tax stamps.
Me too, but you're completely correct about the tax stamps.
@NAVYMAN8903 yeah, it seems like the only tax Republicans don't want to cut or end lol
@AlexS-zr2nb I think it's both of them and definitely the old unitary types like Schumer, Graham and McConnell.
Incredibly well said and written. Though we may disagree in part, I agree completely with the uphill battle we face. It is also difficult to rely on others when numbers are a requirement. But we have to try. Thank you for watching and the comment, I genuinely appreciate it.
@@navyman8903 And I appreciate your videos. It's nice having a guy that is genuine with these things, and not shilling products for side income is very much appreciated, even if I can understand some feel they have to.

Voting isn’t a problem…..it’s the people counting them.
That, and people staying home.
i mean if you put a very obviously hot object in front of someone, tell them its hot, and not to grab it....then they grab it and cry.....LOLLOOLOL i cant feel bad for people who willingly show others that they are breaking the law

Live to fight another day, but continue to fight.
When there are family and kids involved there are decisions that come attached with them. You're no longer making decisions for yourself.
