Just slowly change your diet. Slowly but make progress everyday! Cutting out sugary and processed foods and replacing with more nutrients dense little by little. InshaaAllah you’ll get there.

She clearly explains what the recipe is & what ingredients are required. All you need to do now is go to the supermarket; then buy the ingredients & make it yourself. @_aminay222 Recipes include measurements and amounts, she gives none every recipe she says, take some, add some, put some, mix some. If someone doesn't include the measurements the recipe will not come out for some the same way. If the channel can't post Recipes for the videos why expect someone to purchase her book. I follow several great channels with Recipes and books so it can be done
