were the uglyone is staying it is pet friendly and the grounds are wonderful for Maximus...loads of open grass area running by the river...it is so nice when you can bring them with you..like Winnie, Max is a wonderful traveller...He has a carseat as well which he loves to climb into and be able to see while we travel...I am interested in hearing more about the harness Winnie is wearing...it looks padded..is she able to sit and lie down while wearing it? looking forward to the flight video

I think you said it was a booster seat and then I think you also said she had a restraint on, which I'm guessing acts as a sort of seat-belt. Would you mind commenting on where you got these? omg she is sooooo cute! I have a toy poodle and we give her a "pretty poodle cut" and it is like grown out by Christmas, how long did it take for Winnie to grow all that hair?? My dog ends up looking like a baby bear when her hair is grown! lol

I love your comment, "She drinks what I drink"! That is the same thing I do for my 20-year old Bella. She only drinks bottled water. She is a 20 year-old Persian and the love of my life. She prefers bottled water and I want her to live as long as possible, as happy as possible, and if the bottled water tastes better to her like it does to me, then her drinking more water helps keep her kidneys healthier.

Well going on trips with dogs are fun but you might need to bring puppy pads and lots of water and food :) because the dog might get sick if she doesn't get what she needs.
I prepared my lhasa 'Lisa" the same way for trips. I groomed her daily with a long coat and enjoyed every minute of our 17 yrs together. I now have a husky mix 'Kodiak'. I always prepare for trips and leave him lots to do with the pet sitter if we can't take him with us. I regularly was and am teased and called pathetic by most. Do you ever take any flack from viewers? I do a lot of pet sitting and many people just hand me a leash and bag of food and leave. Are we crazy????

we put our 16 year old down in February. We now have a 12 year old and a puppy that is 6 months old. All Shih Tzu's.
