Baked sweet potato and also my mother would slice the potato into circle slices and cook in skillet and with some water and sugar make candied sweet potatoes. Very tasty during cold days.

А вы поняли что это? Батат. Сладкий картофель. Так он делается не сухим, а эластичным. И хранится и употребляется, как наша курага. Прикольно. Надо попробовать. Я так тыкву и дыню сушу. Зимой хочется что-то пожевать. Полезно.

原來手工地瓜乾的製程如此繁複需要三蒸三晒的工序，這是看阿嬤的視頻才知道的。地瓜看起來QQ的，很有韌性嚼勁的樣子，也好想吃個過癮喔！
我们用的工艺叫做倒蒸地瓜干，也叫三蒸三晒，这样的地瓜干内外口感相差不大，韧性十足！

每次晒地瓜表皮都比较干，拿去蒸，地瓜干吸收水蒸气，使得整块地瓜干水分更均匀。如此反复操作，地瓜干劲道就出来了，色泽也更加光亮！
