阿嬤，今天視頻中地瓜三蒸三曬，地瓜確實很金黃可口，請問，地瓜要蒸多久和曬多久?
蒸和晒没有一个固定的时间，第一次蒸熟，晒两天大约，地瓜干达到六成干即可。第二次蒸约十五分钟，再晒到七成干，第三次蒸约15分钟，也可以加到20分钟，再晒到七成干。太阳强度有差别，建议因地制宜，最重要的是把握地瓜的干燥程度。
