God bless the souls of Evangelists Billy Graham and George Beverly Shea. They drew me close to Jesus Christ when I was a boy. I am now 63 years old and I love Jesus Christ, he is my saviour and my Lord.
My mother enjoyed Mr. Shea's singing and now I do. The ministry of Mr. Graham on the radio was instrumental in my coming to faith. In 1969, I participated in many functions of the Crusade, then just before the Crusade came to NYC, I came to faith and went forward to recommit. Yes, God!
My parents were counselors at one of Billy Grham's crusades in the 60s. I was a small child but went with them every night. Bev Shea was, and has been since then, one of my favorite singers.
Touching..Billy Graham was instrumental in my Salvation as the Spirit of God drew me through The Word of the Gospel. 48 years later I have Victory because of this glorious Gospel..Jesus is Lord...come to Him today my dears..love you!
Fantastic vocalist with true passion. As a little girl, I would play piano and mother, and we would enjoy an evening of singing many songs we had heard from him. Precious memories of a kinder world.

What a powerful voice this man had! Listen at 2:02 when he sings the word "takes". You can hear it punch the microphone. Usually someone's mouth is much closer to the microphone than that when it makes that thud sound.
I hope you meant Jesus "came" into your heart when listening to this song! But then again HE "came" into my heart Thanksgiving night November, 2001. The night before my heart was operated on for open heart surgery! The doctors had to use special visors to operate because they said when they opened me up that my "heart" was whiter than the purest fresh snow on a sunny day! What color would the "Master Surgeon" find in your heart today?
