I have nothing against your testing each fan at the maximum speed IF you also test them at a specific speed (or a consistent airflow) so we can compare fans effectiveness.
So for instance I think you should have tested each fan you work on at 1000 rpm also. At best it would be to have test points at for instance 600 rpm, 1000 rpm, 1400 or 1600 rpm and the max speed.

Testing each fan at a specific speed, or multiple speeds as you'd prefer will double the time required for testing. Not only that but what if some fans can't do a certain RPM? I've seen fans that will do 1100RPM but will absolutely not stay consistent at 1000RPM and always jump between 950RPM and 1050RPM.
In an ideal world, I would absolutely use a fixed speed for all fan testing, I would also have a wind tunnel to accurately measure the airflow and static pressure. However, in the same ideal world people wouldn't use AD Blockers and Sponsor Blockers for everything just because they can't be bothered with 10 seconds of ad time.
      Thanks for your feedback!

Both of you are right. Testing fans in fixed RPM's would require more time as you are gonna do at least two cycles of test for each fan. However testing all fans noise levels at maximum speed does not contribute to user choices. So your testing them for one cycle makes no sense at all. I can provide you the most silent fan of the world, with 0db for testing. Guess what, it doesnt blow any air :) Does it make it a silent fan? Nah. So when you test a product for its one feature, don't forget to fix other variables like you do in your ambient temperature.

@@TechLegend-com hi. I bought this fan but don't have any argb pin on my motherboard. The fan is workikg but I'm not getting any argb. Do I need to get an ARGB controller? Any particular brand suggestions?

@@mitraark73 Hi, you need an addressable RGB controller if your motherboard does not have that header. Any RGB controller will work as long as the correct header.
