Great video Mark! As a racer, I’m not a fan of dynamic dampening unless it’s absolutely necessary. If something’s off, I’d rather just replace the faulty hardware. I can definitely feel dynamic dampening kicking in through my stick movements, and that’s not something I enjoy. Maybe if the lows and highs of dynamic dampening weren’t so far apart, it’d be less noticeable. But often, you need to lower it significantly for minimal noise, then raise it high to maintain the propwash performance, creating a wide variance that just doesn’t feel good.
Ha😂 thats my drone. awsome! P.s i fixed the flight issues by moving the camera way back (so its much more center balanced, and also fastend the camera plate gummys to the point of 0 movment) Also reduced the wight of the camera mount Now it flys way better 😊
That thing flies like my GEPRC Mark4 LR8 was. Wobblefest. I got rid of it, but picked up a higher frequency vibration. It's a balancing act and everything is a compromise. I feel like I am going to be tuning forever.
Funny, my cinelog shakes like something's broken. From the first flight, up until I took it apart. I'd think it was me except my other quads are rock solid.
What about the other dynamic damping settings you can tune, the gain and advance? Not worth messing with? Chris Rosser says we should be setting advance to 0 and the tooltip says its best to leave it at 0 generally too
interesting. I always thought more D means more butter (up to the point of oszillation of course) and too high P would mean a kinda jittery shaky flight. thx!

Very educational like all your videos . Excellent !!
Really good video, thank you

nice! mechanic is the best way!! 😀

yeah, Adance to 0

Both can cause an oscillation
So not a good idea to fight against wind gust on mountain flights 😢 I hoped for a minute there 😂 too slow to react ?
I was hoping to find the secret to wind gust performance too haha
@@mjodrthe secret no one tells ( or no one knows ) 😂
