- In today's video, I talk about and play one of the most UNFAIR FNAF Fan Games ever made. It's full of unbalanced challenges, weird dialogue, and costs the exact same amount of money as SISTER LOCATION on Steam... yeah this is a doozy. Endless Inside is the game and little creepy laughing wooden dolls is its game.

Whilst it looks good, it does seem horribly unfair. It also doesn't really look like an art university. I spent like 2 years in an art room to get one of my A-levels so I would know. They missed so much potential like random mannequins, strange abstract paintings, unsettling sculptures. That would have honestly been an amazing thing to see in a FNAF style game.

devs shouldve fucked around with paper on the floor, shit tons of drawers and wardrobes that can open randomly, mannequins ripped open. tables stacked on tables to block off of areas
The random mannequins aspect would be interesting as one wouldn't know wether a mannequin is an enemy or not and could be kinda cool I guess
@@fresanegra77 Don't you think the enemy element would be a little stereotypical though? I agree that it would be interesting as it would unsettle the player and make them tense. I also think it would be good to have them all looking unique and different as well! I think the main purpose they would serve is looking unsettling and making the environment uncomfortable for the player. They hardly need to move to do that and I think if they did it would be too much of an expected thing that would make them lose any scare factor they had. What do you think? :)

I think the game is impossibly hard on purpose, so that people will play the game for more than 2 hours and can't refund it.

that's awful! also, why the heck are you unable to refund steam games after 2 hours? seems like too short of a time limit to me
@@kittykat5090 I think the refund policy is mostly just for games that don't run or work on certain hardware, scam games, or accidental/fraud purchases. I guess they consider anything after 2 hours just "you didn't like it, we can't refund that"
@@kittykat5090 some really good games are only about 5 hours. So a lot of people would play the game, finish it, then refund it if the play time limit was higher.
Props to the devs for making an entire game using only 1 hand each

The woodens seem to be those wooden posing dolls artists use for references. Ties in nicely to the theme if so

Despite the game feeling like a blatant clone of FNAF SL (Except it's way harder and unfair), there are some of the parts of this game that do look pretty neat.

If I remember correctly, that isn't supposed to be an animatronic puppet. It's supposed to be a school mascot costume given life. No idea why it's built like a suit of plate armor, though...

I actually really like the animatronic design, despite the obvious FNAF inspiration it manages to feel very different stylistically. Something about it has this weird old CD ROM adventure game feel to it. The closeup shot with its eyes closed in the basement section, in particular, is giving me the weirdest uncanny familiar feeling...
As for why an art school would *have* an animatronic, the best guess I can gives is that they bought the mechanical components, and had students simply design a shell for it. The empty fox mask in the hallway and fox-headed jack in the boxes indicate this character is possibly a school mascot, or just the product of a few very obsessive students. "Bringing your character to life" as a conscious automaton is as good a setup as any for a horror game set in an art academy.

Tbh seeing the first part of the game makes me wish someone would make a point-and-click adventure with a fnaf-esque art style, no jumpscares or anything like that, just atmosphere and puzzles to solve

@@bigotbently9612 Thats probably why the game and its description says nothing about FNAF, so it can sell legally. Scott doesn't own "spooky 3d animatornic", so as long as people don't make the animatronics look too close to the ones in FNaF, this game should be fine.
Imo profiting from fan creations aren’t bad per se, for example, covers and remixes of songs are very common and absolutely deserve ad revenue and monetization (even in mainstream as well)
And as someone who’s main online presence is making fan tracks for a community and doesn’t profit from it, it’s WAY less effort to make music than making a whole game, so the fact that it’s not too typical for them to be sold is kinda bizarre
That being said, there’s many, MANY more problems with this. The fact that a fan game asks for money isn’t crazy, but the fact that THIS asks for money IS
It’s easy to bring up copyright yet love other fan creations so much because of how the definition of what a “knock off” is largely based on quality, not on how much it takes from its source

I remember that before the game was released, the developer got called out because the name of fox looking character was originally Vulpix. Seriously.

the concept of a fnaflike game set in an art school is pretty sick, even if the execution of this one wasn't really the best.
Endless inside honestly sounds like a steam porn game and it doesn’t help that there’s a feminine animatronic on the game image or whatever it’s called.

I remember seeing a youtuber play this a few years ago, and idk if it was Markiplier, but nobody ever finished the game how hard it was. I thought this game would have been forgotten till I saw you streaming the game. It's definitely not a good game, but at least it will be remembered as the hardest FNAF fan game ever.

I vaguely remember seeing preview stuff on it when it was still in development, I completely forgot about it, nice on bringing light to it as I honestly wouldn't have remembered it and many not aware of its existence.
Apparently, messing up the four numbers thing too many times shows a hint of the plot... which is a bit unnecessary, since it's a pretty clear plot. I think.

I think everyone can agree that Phase 4 of Endless Inside is better-at least conceptually but also, to some extent, in execution (just needs some balance tweaks rather than changes to the mechanics themselves)-than Night 4 of Sister Location.

I've made the mistake of playing this game for myself. As of this writing I've been stuck on Phase 4 for over 5 hours. How did you manage to beat it in spite of the broken mechanics and ridiculous length?
So uh, i fell asleep while watching this video and actually started dreaming about everything you were talking about.
But not really like it was happening, we were in a movie theatre and everyone got a PS5 controller and we had to do the stuff you were talking about with it... Like it was an interactive movie but worse, because I was dreaming that the staff would come run towards you dressed up and you had to stop them using the glowing bar from the ps5 controller
