I have a binge drinking issues nobody to talk about my problem its weeknd and i was about to get me a drink but then i realize i will b stuck on the cycle and nothing will change this video helped me lot now i guess im more confident in not doing the thing and focus on things that im supposed to do control my mind my urges thanks a lot man!

I'm gonna be honest, I have to lock in cause I have no other option left besides loosing it all. I workin from 8:00 to 6:00 pm. Going for university from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The only time I have to grind gym is if I start waking up everyday at 5:00 am. The only time I have to study is on my lunch time and after 11:00 to 12:00 am. I'm will not be bitching about this anymore. TIME TO FOCKING LOCK IN, THAT'S THE PROCESS, THAT'S HOW IT'S GONNA BE.
