    I live in Malaysia I wonder why my rosemary looks all time droopy ~ I put under sunlight daily and water it when the soil dry ~ waited for year to grow but it jus droopy....

      i realise you asked this question 1 year ago. but my guess is because rosemary comes from the mediterrean climate - hot, dry summers. malaysia is tropical - hot, humid all year round. rosemary also in its natural habitat grows in poor quality soil, with lots of drainage. i'm guessing soil in the tropics might be more nutrient rich...

      If you have not found the answer to your rosemary problem, check out Urban Gardening Mom (article titled Grow Rosemary in the Tropics: Here's how). She lives in Philippines and had many problems with rosemary, finally solved her problem. She has many good tips.
