    Is infinity corrected system a better resolution system?

      From what I gather it is that a lens 'straightens' (my word) the light that enters the lens assembly. It means that other parts of the lens can do their thing. (Make the image flatter, accurate colours etc) - i think!

    Doesn't show if the objective dishwasher proof, so one could drop it in machine for cleaning !
