Hii Mau ,in the middle of the video I am commenting this because of the point you mentioned that ,that for the longest time you have been feeling that it's someone else's task to make you feel happy ,also it gets difficult when you don't have much people around and in my case apart from my family when I only have 1 person around and also I don't want to make too much of a group Because I just don't want fake people' around me ,so for a past few days after getting over my hectic ex schedule I realised that when I'm actually left with no work , there's actually no one around me ,I started feeling so lonely that I wanted to get included in some other stuff ,but today when I watched your video I felt the importance of self reflection,self talks,even though overthinking but absorbing it , writing about it and being happy for yourself and do things for one self and not to be dependent on others at all even if they aren't much available because everyone has their own life. thankyou Mau I'm grateful that I watched this video today ❤lots of love and strength to you and you are the best ❤

I can relate about the over thinking part. The last 2 years was worst phase of my life. Didn't know what to do whom to speak with. I couldn't imagine there are people who is back stabbing and bitching.I suffered this in my office for past 5 years, 5th year was worst it was so hectic cant handle it at the end i had to leave my job. Spent 1 and half year thinking what happened with me and why these people were behaving like this. I cannot even speak this issue with my family. But now i m recovering with theses and trying to heal. Hope so this year bring lots of positive and good health to each and everyone who has seen their worst phase in life ❤. Tom hanks have said "this too shall pass" so whatever bad or good things is happening it will pass so dont need to worry about it. ❤❤❤ Lots of love❤❤❤
