      @@GerogeChan if only people loved having a "real" job and it didn't require one so you can live. I tell you, almost nobody would want a regular job, if they had this opportunity. He was A+ in school btw, he went on olympiads, so if he truly wants to go that road, he can definitely go. I would do exactly what he does and he has the genetics and dedication to back it up. I have a real job and I don't sound miserable like you, maybe get help.

    Young guys take note… John maxed out his natural potential before going on gear. He had insane numbers after 10 years of hard training as a natty, then when he felt he hit is peak, he went on cycle and now he’s where he is. Don’t be tempted to go on anything young. Especially if you’re not an elite athlete

      If he had better leverages and could pull more sumo, he'd pull sumo. He's already said that he lifts the way he lifts because it's the most benefitial for him, and he can lift the most weight the way he lifts in comp.

      @@Isaiah_McIntosh john is a by proudct of what's not broken why fix it. I bet if john started off training with lowbar he might have most likely become much more proficient at it, but like me I started training highbar and did so for years to get me to get to lowbar now just wouldn't work for me and would potentially take me years to get much more proficient with lowbar, thus john wouldn't want to waste his time, especially since you're in your prime for only so long in powerlifting.

    • @Isaiah_McIntosh
      @Isaiah_McIntosh 4 месяца назад +2

      @victorsoto4821 or its just not sensible for you. Dude very seriously is trying to be the best ever he's attempted lowbar because yeah for most people it's what's best. Most people take a few blocks to change over, if it's taking you years to adjust between high and lowbar then you're a kinesthetic moron. Basically everyone starts higbar but look at people like nathaniel massiah, when you're trying to be the best you try to make it work and get it. It just doesn't work for John. He's talked about this in multiple q and as over the years on various platforms.

    • @victorsoto4821
      @victorsoto4821 4 месяца назад +1

      @@aaa-tm9dc I mean it does count for bragging rights though, since most of the biggest deadlifts in powerlifting were all mostly done in sumo which technically is less ROM, when people know you pulled conventional just makes you look that much more bad ass, it is what it is, not taking anything away from the big time powerlifters who pull sumo, since I couldn't touch those numbers regardless.
