Hi my name is Michelle - I live in New Zealand - I discovered your podcasts when I was going through cancer in 2017. Your podcasts reignited my love of knitting - since then I have knit shawls, socks and adult garments, learnt to knit in the round, done 2 x Stephen West MKALs. I want to thank you for being a great inspiration during that time and now as well.

One of the best parts of this episode was when Jody was speechless, mouth open, when the bunny hoodie was produced. Super cute!!! You two are delightful, it is always a pleasure to watch and listen to you interact. That bunny though.... I am tempted to make one as well and I really want to figure out who might want it, it is too adorable a gift.

Enjoyed the show. So much inspiration. Had company visiting so it took days to watch all of it! I love Peg and Amanda at Junction Fiber Mill. Had the chance to meet them at the mill this summer. Funnily it is thanks to the Grocery Girls that I discovered them. You highlighted the Woolly Thistle and so I watched their shopcast and they mentioned the Junction Fiber Mill millcast. You must watch the episode when they tell their origin story. Very touching.

I am envious of you having so many local yarn shops. My closest LYS is an hour away. :( So, I do end up purchasing yarn online. I just bought my first Rose Hill set--it's a Christmas one, and I love it! I also succumbed to Hue Loco's Coffee House set. Can't wait for that one to arrive! Jodi, if you need a hip replacement get it… it only gets worse. Unfortunately arthritis in the joints do not get better. It does get to an unbearable point. When the doctor tells you the arthritis pain goes away after the surgery done they are not lying it does. The recovery sucks but the results are life changing. The shots the doctors give you only work for so long but that’s the protocol. Pain in hip, physical therapy, different shots in the hip for pain relief, hip replacement when all else fails. All that time wasted and unnecessary pain when the hip replacement was what was needed. Good luck.
