Hi Guys!! I love your balls.......recipe. fully gonna try this recipe. its similar to one I make but Ill do the cream in the crumbs...great idea! I will serve these over a bed of basmati rice. yum.... moist delish balls.....
I made these and they were a bazillion percent family approved. We just could not stop eating them. We put the left overs in the freezer(broken down in to lunch portions) and after a quick thaw they made GREAT lunches!! I watch every one of your videos for recipes but even more because the two of you just make me smile. Love how you guys joke around and have so much fun cooking together.

After living in Sweden for 6 years this is one of my favorites. It's funny how everyone's mom has the best recipe. LOL This recipe is pretty much spot on. I will have to try them with the coffee. We ate with mashed potatoes and lingonberry jam. Also boiled potatoes with a little dill on them is good too. They go great with a good beer too.
