This is one of their best songs but my absolute favorite is "Stillness is Timeless". That is some next level.
Probably one of my top 5 metal albums of all time is Spiritual Migration. The whole album is a masterpiece, as is their album Aathma. Both best consumed as a full album listen. As far as masterpiece songs go: try Stillness is Timeless from their album Aathma.
Masterpiece
One of THE best prog-metal bands out there. It is just one of their masterpieces, they do this all the time. I recommend Conciousness Pt. I+II and Prison Skin. Amazing reaction!
This isn't even there "masterpiece" but this is an amazing track. Check out there track "Seed: Core and persephone" (original version) of one of their older albums. it's 22 minute beast of a conceptual track that actually have different acts within the track kind of like a classical sonata but in metal.
Nobody is talking about that absolutely killer album let alone that fantastic track! This is my favourite song by them, it’s long and perfect all the way! The majestic of Gaia is sitting on the second spot

Yeah, you can't really put Persefone into a genre. Just don't try...you'll enjoy the music more if you discard preconceived notions of categorization.
Also, this is A masterpiece...but by no means their best song (top 5 certainly). However, Spiritual Migration is, all things considered, their best album, IMHO.
