    Stuffed chicken with mustard cheese sauce
    for stuff chicken
    chicken breast 500gm
    white pepper powder 1t.sp
    crushed black pepper 1t sp
    salt 1t.sp
    cheese 100gm grated
    spinach blanch 6 leaves chopped
    for chicken Marination
    garlic chopped 2tb.sp
    mustard paste 1t.sp
    salt 1t.sp
    crushed black pepper 2tb.sp
    oil 3tb.sp
    white pepper powder 1t.sp
    Mustard cheese sauce
    butter 1tb.sp
    oil 1tb.sp
    crushed garlic 1tb.sp
    mustard paste 2tb.sp
    salt 1t sp
    chicken powder 1t.sp
    crushed black pepper 1t.sp
    white pepper powder 1t.sp
    cream 3tb.sp
    grated cheese 6tb.sp
    water as required
    Method:
    for pocket chicken:
    Make a whole in a chicken, add 100gm stuffing inside than marinate that chicken and keep in a fridge for 15 minutes and bake at 200°c for 20 minutes.
    for chicken fillet each 250gm
    Put a kitchen hammer on it than spread it out and put spinach leaves, cheese and make a roll as shown in video than put the marination on top of that roll and bake at 200°c for 20 minutes.
    for mustard cheese sauce
    In a pan Add oil, butter, garlic chop, mustard paste, water or milk, chicken powder, salt, white pepper powder, crushed black pepper, cream, cheese add required water mix well according to the desired consistency than strain it to get the smooth texture of the sauce and than put 1tb.sp butter on top.
