Funny you mentioned the sharp edges on the Genesis controller DPad. As a kid, I remember developing a callus on my thumb because of them....or maybe I just played too many video games!
I agree - it's a great controller. I have both versions (Genesis and USB), and the USB version in my Mister with the Mister USB polling increased is easily the best USB wireless controller I've ever used.
For those asking the new USB-C version 2.4ghz works on Windows 11 PC wireless via their USB dongle. You just have to remap the buttons on each emulator and works flawlessly! I just got the black USB-C 2.4ghz and tested on my Windows 11 PC!
Very nice controller, I would like exactly this but for famiclones, dendy consoles, and to have 4 buttons instead of 6 on the right. That would be amazing controller.
Is there a way to change the drivers on PC to make it look like a sidewinder gamepad (it has proper layout instead of the current one that has xbox 360 layout)?
I have three of these, all on the latest firmware, and get sporadic lag spikes on all three. Tested on multiple consoles and in other houses at close range. I've found the M30 2.4 to be unusable because of this, and I can't fathom why I'm the only one who seems to have this issue. What's going on here?
I can not get my M30 2.4g to pair with my Sega genesis adapter I tried updating the firmware for the controller but could not get it to work. However, I WAS able to update the adapter dongle
I am completely happy if this channel becomes a retro game channel! Love these videos

Great review!
Does it work wirelessly on PC, using the appropriate USB 2.4g receiver?
Thanks a lot
You look like Jim Royle, from the British tv show "The Royle Family".
Check it out 😂

Same..Because they are garbage. Get a cleaned authentic 6 button sega controller.

Briar...please disclaim your retro vids NSFW cause . Love your content and love for retro gaming.
My laptop doesn’t recognize this thing it’s driving me nuts
Great for MvC, MvS, XvS MAME, and Dreamcast emulators
If you want to rip your hair out from the crappy firmware updates go ahead and buy..My personal experience.
