imo top 1. Whatever he touches, it dies at his will. And then it can come back to live if he wants. All might or endevour doesnt have such ability. They both only have the strengh to fight and eventually save but if someone will be near death, they wont heal them like overhaul. But we dont need overhaul's healing if we have Eri :)

As I think about it, he would be like a version of Batman but with powers.

Omg I wish I had his quirk, for medical , surgery and natural disaster purposes. Imagine being able to remove tumors, repair broken bones , quick and safe organ transplant, removing heavy building pieces when disaster strikes, even rebuilding homes if they are destroyed. I would love this quirk.

I have a legit question, if no ones already asked it, but if overhaul succeeded in his goal of erasing quirks would he have shot himself with a quirk erasing bullet or kept his power?
Hard to say really but he did genuinely think quirks are a sickness so probably.
I always imagined he would have kept his quirk and the eight bullets. Yeah, its very hypocritical since he's wanting to get rid of everyone else's quirks.
Overhaul is pretty much earthbending with healing.

He isn't completely wrong. Quirks are diseases and his plan was actually good. Yes, Eri should have been treated much better. I didn't like how he treated her. But his character is very well made
if we rank Quirk based of level of X-Men level threat then Overhual’s quirk is easily an omega threat mutant.
