I wondered where i remembered the Grey fawn song from. could have sworn it was from a Good Times vhs. nope turns out is was Mel o Tunes. good thing i also recognized the animation style of Peter and The Wolf from Mel o Tunes or i never would have found it.
For some reason, I always thought it was scary when he dad said, "She must have been captured by the Saganos!" It wasn't scary because he was angry, it was scary because what he said was scary.
The whole thing was scary to my 6 year old self, my Mom bought this collection for me it was her favorite, it creeped me out! Now it wish I had of given it a chance,wasnt so bad
The swastika was an important symbol for various Native American tribes, long before the Nazis. Still kinda surprising that they used it in a cartoon from the sixties, when everyone would associate it with the latter, but it's historically appropriate for it to be there.
