It’s normal. It will change back over time. You’re beautiful.
Thank you!
Thank you for your wonderful videos on post chemo hair!
I definitely had traditional nappy or fully coiled hair before.
Now, almost six months after chemo, I have a short version of your hair in this video - the early growth is spiky and uneven in spots, but the last month’s growth is trying to get some curl like a mixed person. I have no idea where it’s going, so I just try to enjoy the low maintenance.
I am so glad you like my videos! Chemo does change your texture; the growing back faze is an adventure. Have fun experimenting, and enjoy growing it out!
You're beautiful both inside and out. Your videos have helped me through my cancer so much...thank you little one 💗
I'm glad my videos have helped you! I wish you well with your cancer journey.
@@stylemimihow many months come back your hair growth after chemo
@@stylemimiits ok thanks god your hair is come back even curly❤❤❤
Thank you for sharing the change, I have chemo hair regrowth just like you. I had pin straight hair before chemo and I now have gravity defining hair.
You're welcome! I had fun watching my hair grow back! I had curly hair before chemo. It didn't spiral curl. It was a soft textured frizz. Had to get use to its new texture and density; it grew back curlier and thicker! It spirals into little ringlets. Enjoy it and try different styles; you wouldn't otherwise do!
Aw honey bless your heart, I hope & pray you're at maximum health and hair will soon follow ❣️
Thank you!
You should be able to relax your hair. It should turn out fine. If you don't know how to do it yourself go to a good hair dresser. Mixed hair can be relaxed.
I know. I used to relax my hair. Unfortunately, it's not recommended at all after chemo. And I live in a rural area. The only salons don't work with textured hair. The closest Dominican Salon is almost all two hours away.
