this could not be better timed, I've been binging cleaning and decluttering videos for like four days now trying to motivate myself to do my own apartment
this video is now motivating me to clean up my living room again LOL I'm glad it's motivating you as well!!!💕
I highly recommend getting a 2-3 step stepladder. As a somewhere in between short and average girl, I swear by them. It just makes life so much easier. Then you can hang your string lights and posters at a much higher spot.

For the Dryer door - What about some adhersive hook or a magnet to put on the wall? Wouldnt that help?
And for that pillow case - Get a linen /textile roller. There are several kinds of those, reusable silicone ones, or single use paper ones, I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and I would not survive without those 🤣
And a little professional deformation from my previous job - I used to work as a barmaid - when you refill your syrup bottles soak your pourers in some hot water. The syrup dries inside, it crystalizes and eventualy blocks the whole thing…

This was perfect timing. I'm waiting for some dishes to dry before I put them away and I just finished a large clean up project this morning. I got an idea for your dryer problem. Get a magnet and stick it to the wall with the poster puddy or a command strip. That way the door will magnitize to the wall and not hit you in the head. Also for your pillow, try a lint roller first if that doesn't work presoak the pillow and toss it in the wash. I'm not sure if it's pilling or not if it's just extra fluff the lint roller should handle it. If it's pilling then something like a fabric shaver will work.

Okay, I don't know if you already tried something for your pillow-fuzzies yet, but here's what I've tried. Tape a box-cutter blade flat against a small-tooth comb. Blade-side down and angled slightly to let the fuzzies hook into the teeth of the comb, comb over the fabric. The fuzzies hook in the teeth; the blade cuts them off without ruining the pillow. I don't remember where I saw this trick, but it's been a help; hopefully, it helps you too!
It was so relaxing! And inspired me to clean....I have to do my closet once again soon....

Cleaning videos are so satisfying. Also, for the fuzzies, I think I saw a hack where you use a razor to shave them off. I cannot confirm this though because I haven't tried it

Try using a dryer sheet on the pillow.
I LOVE watching people declutter/organize because it gets me motivated to do the same. 🙂Also, I had the same type of washer/dryer at an apartment 10 years ago - same issue with the door! Since you have a wall behind the upper door, maybe you can get some magnets and put one on the wall and the other on the door so it doesn't swing so much and you don't have to worry about clobbering yourself on the head? Just a thought.

For stubborn fuzzies on my pants (like your pillows) I use a Conair battery operated fabric shaver. I don't know what I'd do without it. It has helped me tremendously ☺️ also.. what liner do you use for your air fryer? It's so cute but also seems very handy
