This is probably personal, but I was wondering where you went to find your editor? I am working on the last draft of my book and would like to get a good editor. I hope this isn't stepping over any boundaries.
not overstepping at all! my editor was actually someone i met on social media first, and then when she started offering services, i began to use her. so i knew her before i started working with her!

i’ve always wanted to become an author, is it worth it?
Are you a pantser? I ask since you don’t always come up with the ending before you finish the first draft… I totally am and now that I’m ghost writing for people, I am forced to outline ahaha I’m finding it so hard to go against my instincts that way lol
I wouldn't say I'm a pantser--I think that as i get to the end, i realize the motivations that i've laid out for my characters won't make the ending satisfying, and that's normally why i don't write the endings, because I can't get in the emotional headspace of my character since I didn't write the motivations clear enough. if that makes sense. I do go in with a pretty solid story idea, but sometimes if i'm not clear enough on character motivations, it makes my endings hard to write!
